Very good office and wait time is really not too bad. Dr. Lakanphal is very thorough and tells it like it is. I believe he really knows how to handle any situation with your eyes. I really like going to him. Plus every one who has worked with me has been wonderful.

The front desk ladies are wonderful, the staff is wonderful. However, you will have a hefty wait time for the doctor. Every single time I come here to see my eye specialist, I wait up to an hour over my original appointment time, only to be seen for 5 min with the doctor! The doctor knows his stuff and I feel comfortable with both him and his knowledge, but it's so frustrating how much time is wasted.

This experience was incredibly frustrating. After waiting for almost two months, I was informed by the office a day before my appointment that I needed to see my primary doctor first. Why wasn't I informed about this earlier with ample notice?
