The best service we've had in years!
My husband and I had been with a certain superstore vision center since 2018 and we were kind of lukewarm.on out experiences with them. Now we wish we'd been to Pearle Vision and Dr. Kepner and his staff so much earlier!
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly patient - nothing is too much trouble to explain. They put you at ease and explain what's happening every step of the way. And we felt immediately like one of the family - they even stayed open a couple minutes after their time to help us make sure we had what we needed. This was all after we'd missed our original appointments and they could easily have told us 'too bad' and sent us away.
Businesses like this are few and far between so if you're lucky enough to be able to go there, then you absolutely should. They are the kinds of stores and staff that we need more of!

Dr. Kepner is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and friendly and does an excellent job. He was able to find that my Daughter has astigmatism and now she can see so much better. She's 12 and had her first exam with Dr. Kepner and was very nervous but he made her feel very comfortable. I have been going to him for years and drive over an hour just to see him although there is a Pearle Vision very close to my home. Highly recommended!

Yesterday was my first visit to his practice and I was very pleased! Dr.Kepner was the most thorough eye doctor I've ever been to. He explained what each machine was, why it was used, and how the prescription provided will help me with the concerns I shared. I felt super comfortable asking questions and even asking him to repeat things to ensure I understood. He was patient and pleasant. I am happy I stopped by and will definitely be using him annually.
