I ordered glasses in June and still do not have them. I went four times during work hours and store was closed while everything around was open and only once was sign - will be back. Waited for an hour, nothing. Called, left message, was promised to get a call back and zero attention and complete ignorance. Glasses are for one year sometime and half of that period past for me, no need to have them now as my vision may change in few months.

First off I am new to the area and I picked this from my VSP provider list. I'm glad I chose this place. I made the appointment online (super convenient and easy to do) and they send you a text and email reminders all of which I need. The lady who greeted me was super nice and Ethan made my experience at Vision Work extremely memorable. Dr. Pham is my favorite Dr. and she is super knowledgeable and professional. I have glasses since 10 and my previous prescription was a little off and I still see double. Now with Dr. Pham's new prescription I can clearly see and my astigmatism is gone! Thank you so much Visionworks!!

Showed up for my 3pm appointment and the store was closed. There was no sign or phone call canceling the appointment. Would never go back. This is the store at 3pm when the rest of the mall is open. I tried calling the store and Visionworks main number.

The worst experience. I had an appointment and when I get there they canceled my appointment without letting me know. I had to wait for one hour because they told me they were going to see me. And after one hour they told me they not gonna be able to see me . It was a waste of my time. If the sistem was not working they should fix it, but they don't have to play with the people time.

I avoided this place like the plague during 2023 as the staff was extremely unprofessional. I decided in the new year I would give it one more go before completely writing Visionworks off. And I'm so glad I gave them a second chance. I went in 2 weeks ago with my children as they needed exams for school and new glasses.
They have a new in person doctor who is very quick, knowledgeable, and efficient! The young ladies in the front were super sweet and eager to help. Their manager Abena I believe her name is also made sure I was happy with everything at the end. The office is also a lot cleaner. I'm glad things are changing. So thank you for the different experience.

This was an awful experience. I wish I could give zero stars. The manager/supervisor openly berated a staff member in front of customers. He snapped at the staff member several times and was very sharp with another staff member about a break. This made things very awkward when he I was working with the manager to get my glasses. He was okay with me but I was very uncomfortable. While assisting me, it seemed as if he was more concerned about the staff member's performance than helping me. The glasses I selected were unavailable, but the hold remained on my insurance. Additionally, there was another customer waiting to pick up glasses, but he was too busy further berating staff to see to the customer. When I returned to the shop to discuss an insurance issue, another staff member (Jermaine) was very rude and dismissive when I tried to explain the situation. He raised his voice while and argued at me about the insurance. He treated me in a manner inconsistent with good customer service. I also found the selection of glasses lacking but that might have been okay if the staff was better.
