Andover Optical

I wear glasses with progressive lenses and I have been having a very difficult time finding a decent optical shop that can handle my prescription. I am so happy and delighted to have found Andover Optical. This place deserves more than 5 stars. The owner (Stan) is extremely professional, helpful, and diligent. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. I have had so many bad experiences other places that I thought I will never be able to find someone to help me but this little gem located w downtown Andover has helped me enormously and I am very grateful.

I am so impressed with Andover Optical! I broke my glasses, and I needed a pair quickly! I called many local places, and everyone said 10 to 14 business days... Until I spoke with Stan at Andover Optical! He told me to come down today, and he would get them by the end of the week! Stan was lovely to work with. He helped me pick a frame that I liked, and the lenses that made the most sense for me. Stan made it a quick, easy, and very pleasant experience!

Stan and Nancy are incredible! Superb customer service. I accidentally broke my glasses (that I purchased from another business out of state) and the manufacturer discontinued the frame I broke. Stan was knowledgeable and kind and told me I could drop my glasses off at anytime. When I dropped my glasses off, Nancy was in the office and was able to repair my frames the same day. I highly recommend Andover Optical and I will continue to support this business and encourage others to do the same.

This is a top notch optical shop. Stan is very personable and so helpful. The nose piece on my glasses broke on a Saturday morning. I googled optical shops in my area, and called Andover Optical. He said to come down, and he gave me two new nose pieces at no charge. I had not even purchased the glasses there! He also answered some questions I had about other vision issues. I would highly recommend this business. Such friendly customer service is a rare thing these days. Thank you, Stan!

Absolutely WONDERFUL experience. Stan was patient, kind, charming, and extremely friendly. My little 7 year old talked his ear off the entire time and he stayed engaged with a big smile. I have never experienced service like I did here and would recommend it to anyone.

I moved in to the us recently, I had a local optician with whom we had a great, long-term relationship. I didn't think I would find the same kind of personal service here (it's rare anywhere), but customer service is here! A nice and kind person, I was happy to receive the corrected glasses and also to have a great social conversation. Thank you very much and I am sure we will meet again

I stopped by the store today to get my sunglasses fixed. The store is nice and neat. Stein is very super nice and professional. He fixed my sunglasses without a cost! I highly recommend this store in the town center of Andover.

Had a phenomenal experience. Came in looking for a very specific model of glasses. Stan helped me find the frame sizing which would be ideal for my face and the style I was aiming for.
