I had my eye exam here a couple weeks ago. Every single staff member was extremely kind. The store was clean and well maintained. They were all very helpful and friendly. The doctor was way more thorough with the exam than anywhere else I had gone previously. She even took the time to go over a lot of information with me and recommend products and practices to use for better eye health and help avoid dry eye issues. Their glasses selection is also very unique. I highly recommend going here.

The office provides a wide selection of frames and they take the time to help you select the most suitable frames to complement your face. I was impressed by how they ran after me before I left to reimburse me for a substantial billing error. Very nice!

Dr. Garlich is kind, extremely attentive and focused on addressing all concerns. I have a very high prescription and developed chronic dry eye which led to styes over the past few years. At every visit she discusses possible solutions to add to the protocol. She makes herself available any time I've had an issue. She is invested in her patients and their eye health and comfort. The staff overall are warm and welcoming as well.

The entire process of getting my vision checked to getting contacts was smooth. I tried contacts many years ago and gave up because I could never put it on correctly. I took the contact lens class and the person was so patient and friendly. Please let her know I really appreciate her patience and help! Her and the doctor was helpful in answering all my questions. The front desk staff were friendly and made sure I was all set before leaving. I'll definitely be coming here from now on.
