Really clean environment inside and outside. I appreciate the fact I was in as a new client and after my paperwork was filed less than 10 minutes later I was going downstairs to get my eye exam. The way the staff treated me was very professional and extremely polite. I felt really comfortable in the doctor's care getting my eyes examine. I only have one disappointment, mass health coverage only pays for exam. There is no frames or even the glasses that were covered. I was very sad to hear it would have cost me $250 minimum for them. Really expensive for that to have me pay. Eyes on Worcester wasn't even expensive. I paid $78 for everything there.

I have never felt compelled to leave a google review until now but Darryl and the team at South End Eye were phenomenal!!!!!!!!! I'd been putting off going to the eye doctor for a few months since I moved, but figured I'd take a shot here since it was close to my house. The doctor was incredibly thorough and answered all of my questions, and Phal and Martha at the front were so kind and lovely. They were even able to make my glasses that same day and made mailing out my reimbursement forms a breeze. Thank you South End Eye!! If you're looking for a new optometrist I would highly recommend :-)

They have a wonderful selection of frames and the staff is incredibly good at helping you find the one that best suits you. Before coming here I was unaware of just how many micro adjustments you can make so that the eyeglasses sit properly on your face. It is a testament to the team, to their dedication to their craft, and to giving their customers the absolute best experience that they really take the time to adjust your frames fully. On top of everything else, they are just a delightful group of people.

Professional, patient-focused and conscientious. This practice is truly excellent. Dr Grace was extremely thorough, and detected early onset of an eye condition that needed to be treated. With a great referral, I was able to get the condition treated before it became acute. No one had ever taken the time to do such a complete and thorough exam.
You can also get stylish glasses here as well as expert advice on fit. This practice has an excellent team of professionals and they are in your neighborhood! Bypass the chain eye places and see better at South End Eye!

I highly recommend South End Eye! The staff there (Martha, Paul& Katherine)are all very friendly and extremely helpful. I have allergies to silicone nose pads and Katherine went above and beyond to find a non-silicone pair which I'm very pleased with. I also needed a change of lens and within less than a week they were ready without any problems.They have quite a variety of eyeglasses to choose from as well. Definitely give them a try you won't be disappointed.
