Amazing place and amazing owner! Needed sport glasses that worked for multiple sport activities and Meg worked with me and took the time to find me a perfect pair that works for multiple sports. She also found an affordable pair in my price range. Highly recommend if you want great customer service and great quality glasses!

One of the arms on my glasses was loose, and I could not get the screw to go back down. I called the store after seeing the great reviews and spoke with Meg. I set up an appointment and Meg had fixed my glasses very quickly and explained that they were spring loaded. She did it free of charge. I wanted to do something so I gave a nice tip and thanked her very much. She was so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store was great with safety as she unlocked the door and kept social distancing. This store is great and Meg is great. I told my wife about how great it is as well. Thanks for the wonderful work.

The lady on the phone (Meg?) was super nice on the phone and in person. She was patient and professional and fun to talk with, and treated me with respect. She went over all the MassHealth glasses with me and gave me professional advice and helped me choose. Unlike other glasses place where they hand you the tray and you fend for yourself. Great selection, and she polished up my old glasses for free. I will definitely recommend OMG for my family
