I love Dr. Chang, but just tried to book an appointment and the secretary - I believe her name was Michelle - was the rudest person I've ever interacted with on the phone. Cancelled my appointment and booked with someone else after that.

Dr Chang is great! I have been here twice and have had a very good experience both times! Dr Chang is very friendly, knowledgeable, and makes great recommendations. Unlike many healthcare professionals I have seen who try to make more money out of you by recommending services you probably don't need, Dr Chang is very different and definitely is on your side when it comes to making recommendations. She gives you a full picture, and allows you to make informed decisions - this is exactly why I chose Optimum Vision care again this year. And Katie at the front desk - is the best! She's so prompt with all her communication, and very helpful when it comes to helping you understand the charges. She also helped me pick out my new glasses last week! Great service, and definitely recommend Dr Chang!

Dr. Chang is great - she was friendly and very knowledgeable, and the eye exam went great. They didn't try to sell me glasses in a super-pushy manner unlike other optometrists I've had in the past, and gave me a prescription when asked for.

Best place I have ever gone to for an eye exam hands down! Dr. Chang and Katie were amazing and they really know how to keep a clean office!! They were constantly sanitizing and took all precautions to keep everyone safe during these trying times. Dr. Chang has a great sense of humor and really knows her stuff! The staff is also very knowledgeable and very genuine. I would highly recommend this place!

I'm not one to write reviews, but I lost $200 giving this company business. I bought glasses from them and I had to go back over 3 times for them to be fixed and it would take weeks at a time to get them back. The last time I picked them up at the store, the lenses fell right into my hand as the girl gave me them. They had the glasses for entire week and did not check if they were broken or not. I then decided I did not want the glasses and I could not be fully reimbursed for the lenses because the issue was with the lab. I was told that it was best I go elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

Dr. Chang is very kind and definitely very knowledgable. She doesn't pressure you to buy contacts or glasses at her office, and it's always a joy to see her. She even graciously took me in when I was 15 minutes late to my appointment.

I've been seeing Dr. Chang for a few years now and I don't think I've had a better optometrist. She is very knowledgeable (and has two degrees to prove it), and excels at explaining things to her patients. Also, she is very friendly and made me feel at ease even through the most uncomfortable parts of the eye exam. Her staff members are friendly and just plain amazing. In addition to being super helpful to me when I run out of contacts/forget to order more, they consistently go above and beyond to make sure I'm taking advantage of all of my insurance benefits and possible discounts. Finally, I've been so impressed by their response to COVID. They take everyone's temperature, frequently clean/disinfect, go to great lengths to ensure proper social distancing, and ensure that everyone in the office is properly masked at all times. If there was an option to give them 6 stars, I would. Highly recommend

Dr. Chang is a phenomenal optometrist - knowledgeable, passionate, and empathetic to your questions and needs and her staff, Sarah and Katie are absolutely brilliant as well! Time and time again they've masterfully helped me navigate my at-times labyrinthine insurance to make sure I'm utilizing my benefits to the fullest. 10/10! (or 5/5 stars, I suppose)
