We always have great customer service in your Brookline office. Dr. Z was thorough in her eye examination for my husband. We came back to this location because we had such a positive experience with Dr. Z, 2 years ago. As far as the front office, Dion was wonderful to work with and he was extremely knowledgeable and quick. He was able to adjust my husband's glasses correctly. Which was a bonus since we had already tried two different eye places to have his glasses adjusted. Dion knew exactly what to do! My children thought that Dion was quick, efficient and very personable. I also had a great experience working with him. He made our whole family's commute to your Brookline office worthwhile. Dion, thank you for making our eye glasses experience easy! Your personality and great spirit shine through and your knowledge & professionalism were exceptional!

Nothing short of amazing fabulous first experience at MyEyeDr in Brookline. I only chose this location for the sake of it being the soonest appointment, NOT the closest location by miles and miles. Absolutely worth the commute from East Boston. From walking in as the first appointment, all the way through the hour and a half (majority of which was me being unable to decide between frames), every single staff member made me feel welcomed, heard, and nothing less than gorgeous. My initial screener was just a wonderful, humorous woman with upbeat, impeccable energy for 9am, and the doctor was kind and quite efficient. A special thanks to Nikita for making me feel GORGINA and next level confident in the final two frames I chose. It was like I had my best friend there helping me decide. 10/10. 5 stars. 3 star Michelin if it were food. Every employee deserves a gold star and a 5284739% raise. Thank you Brookline!

I stopped by the Brookline location today, with my pair of Lindberg reading glasses, which have, annoyingly (though they're great glasses) proprietary nose-pads, which are extremely difficult to find. One of my nose-pads had fallen off, and though I had some nose-pads with me (that I had gotten from Lindberg years ago in case I needed them ever) I couldn't for the life of me put them on myself, as the attachment nose-pad parts were so tiny and tricky. Luckily, MyEyeDr. carries Lindberg, and not only actually had the nose-pads and pins in stock, but the incredibly friendly and helpful optical technician, Nikita, offered to replace BOTH of my nose-pads (he astutely saw that the remaining nose-pad would soon need replacing as well), which he happily did while I waited for just five minutes, and then he refused to even let me pay anything (I offered, of course) for the nose-pads or service! What incredibly great customer service! In fact, every technician and employee I just encountered in this store was exceedingly friendly and helpful, to say nothing of their excellent collection of glasses throughout the store, which I perused while waiting for my repair. Wonderful shop!

I use to go to the Brookline location on Harvard St. long long ago&switched to Boston Vision due to less than apathetic service&more at this location..But 6 months ago, I walked in just to look&found myself in what felt like a completely new place with such a nice vibe that rivals the coolest eyeglass shops I've been in. I have now had glasses done there several times in the past 6 months&have found the service to be impeccable.The new manager Dion is so helpful&kind and seems to have brought the servIce level way up&changed the energy of the place,Nikita at the front desk is superb,always helpful&kind.Moika helped me with one visit & was so patient&helpful.The service each time in my several recent visits,has been consistently great.It also seems they have a much better selection of frames than I'd ever seen many years ago.I hope it stays just as it is and the same great people remain at this location.

Had a wonderful and seamless experience at MrEyeDr. I was checked in immediately and attended by Nikita at the front desk. He was very polite and engaging, giving me the rundown of how my visit would look like and was able to help me pick out new frames that suited me best. Along with the medical team that ran through a free exam and a paid retinoid scan for me were also excepcional. Very satisfied with my experience overall.

Absolutely incredible service! Was super nervous about insurance and things being out of pocket and Nikita and Moika were so helpful and kind and answered all of my questions! The whole team made me feel at ease and it's been the best eye dr experience I've had in a long time!

My recent visit to Dr. Zappala was an excellent experience from beginning to end. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The office itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. Dr. Zappala was very thorough with my eye exam: took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. The optical team, Nikita and Dion, did a great job helping me choose a new frame. The office has a wide variety of frames to select from, and the entire process felt relaxed and personalized. I highly recommend MyEyeDr. in Brookline!

Never thought I'd describe an eye clinic as , but this one is! Had a great experience with Dr. Zappala for a new eyeglass and contact prescription. Nikita and Moika were amazing and helped me find frames that I constantly get compliments on -- love this place!
