The doctor was very nice but her office did not tell me before I came in that my annual eye exam is out of network even though lens crafters is with in my network. They said they called me but no messages or called were made on the phone number they have on file. I said I would stay for the annual check up as long as I could get the digital copy of an invoice emailed to me. The front office person for the doctor said sure.
When I reminded them to send me an invoice via email for reimbursement purposes, it was a scanned copy that was sent to me. The scan is not straight and I needed a digital copy rather than a photo.
I am disappointed at the customer service end of the optometrist's front office. I hope they send me a digital copy so I can get reimbursed.

I don't normally write reviews but I am offering mine because after reading the negative reviews before my visit (Feb 2nd, 2022: 2.2 stars from 15 reviews), I was surprised about how painless and nice my visit was. Dr. Buduo was kind, knowledgeable, and a great listener. The front staff were efficient and easy to work with. Eleni even helped me get approximately $150 worth of discounts on my lenses. I will go back, undoubtedly.

I've gone to Dr Buduo for over 10 years I think. She and the staff are very nice, easy location, fast to book an appointment, and quick to get me in and out. Exactly what I appreciate. She does see a number of older patients and I've seen her go to great lengths to be patient and thoughtful, thorough in answering all their questions. I know her to be very good, smart, extremely professional, very pleasant, careful to advise us, and highly recommend.
