It was my first ever time going here, immediately when I first walked in I was greeted with so much positive attitude the kind man at the front desk, he was so incredibly nice he answered all my questions and was very welcoming. The eye exam went very quick and smooth you can tell the doctor is very smart and she knows what she's doing. When I finally picked out my frames everyone was so supportive and helpful me very kindly, I would definitely go back to this location!! 10/10

Brookline VisionWorks is an excellent store; I have been going there for years. I have ALWAYS receive excellent service. Given i had a physical disability, I went to Westwood store because they have a parking lot. Was told one thing an hour earlier on the phone by Westwood staff then I get there and information was wrong, that happens, but female manager was dismissive and defensive, not taking any ownership that incorrect info was given by her store and constantly talking over me. I left and immediately went to Brookline store where I received help as needed, was talked to respectfully. I will stay with Brookline store. If my Westwood experience was my first, it would have been my last.

What a truly disappointing experience. I called to inquire about an order for glasses and could only speak to an AI chatbot. Despite have my order and invoice number, the order could not be found by the bot, but what is truly frightening is there is NO OPTION to speak to an employee. If the virtual assistant does not recognize your order number, it keeps asking you to reenter again and again. I then called Visionworks headquarters, they put me on hold while trying to reach the store, and they could not get through, either.
