Frank Heidi OD

We didnt really have any complaints with our previous eye care provider, another clinic that is located on summer street in Chelmsford but due to ta change in insurance companies we had to find a new provider that accepted the new plan. I am glad that we came across Dr. Frank as she is thorough, polite, very accommodating and friendly. A gripe that I usually have with Doctors is not being seen on the said time or somewhere close to the appointment time, not the case with Dr. Frank, if you are scheduled for 3 PM then you'll be seen on or around that time. The office is nicely furnished with plenty of reading materials and refreshments. If you are looking for a good eye care provider that you can have for a long term then Dr. Frank should be at the top of your list of choices.

I have been a patient of Dr. Frank for many years. Heidi is a great medical practitioner and is very kind, thoughtful and very thorough in managing the health of my eyes. Heidi is very good at explaining an individual patient's current vision needs and what may need to be monitored in the future. Dr. Frank is an excellent choice!
