Thank you, thank you to the staff at Mass Opticians. I have been a patient for a long time and the staff has been always been accommodating and pleasant. I even came several times close to closing and they stayed well past the time they should have to make sure I was happy before I left. They call when my glasses are ready and have been perfect 100% of the time. They are very personable. Not sure what issues others have had but it's not the Mass Opticians I know. Marcie is the best! She is respectful, honest, cheerful and always greets me with a smile. She knows her stuff and helped me choose the perfect frame. I get compliments on my glasses everywhere I go now! The entire team is patient-focused and extremely welcoming. They all get to know their customers and remember me when I come back which I think really sets them apart. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I had my first eye exam last week with Dr. Sehgal and was very impressed with my entire experience! She was comprehensive and answered all my questions. The office was friendly and very easy going. I worked with the Optician Andrea and she helped me choose 2 pairs of awesome glasses! Andrea took the time to tell me all about different lenses and what options would be best for me and she really knew her stuff about all the frames! Cant say enough positive things, great place for eye care and glasses.

Kudos to Stan for making things right with my eyeglasses. Really appreciate his and Marcy's resolution to my concerns. I am thoroughly pleased with my new driving glasses!
