Dear Atrius Health Billing Department, I am writing to formally request a review and correction of the charges related to my annual physical exam with Dr. Navya S. Nambudiri on [insert date]. During this annual preventive visit, Dr. Nambudiri asked how I was feeling, and I responded that I sometimes feel fatigued. Without informing me that this would be billed separately, my visit was coded as both an annual preventive exam and a problem-oriented office visit. This resulted in an additional charge that I was not made aware of at the time of service. This lack of transparency is concerning. I should have been given the option to either: 1. Keep my visit strictly as an annual preventive exam (as covered by my insurance), or 2. Be advised that raising a concern would create a second charge. Because this was not explained to me, I respectfully request that you review and re-code this encounter as a preventive annual physical only. Please adjust the billing so I am not held responsible for the additional office visit charge. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

the receptionists were so kind and welcoming, and the doctor was really nice and took the time to explain everything in detail. i felt really cared for and comfortable throughout the visit. the only reason it's not a full 5 stars is because there were a few small moments of miscommunication, but overall it was a great experience and i'd definitely recommend it.

I like this clinic/health center...my kid's pediatrician is great and I also had a great experience with the other doctors.

Will charge $1,000 for routine procedures that usually are really cheap without even asking you. Go here if you want to get scammed and overcharged!

I went to see the dept of endocrinology. The doctor and staff are very nice, but they are pretty much inept when dealing with prescriptions. The doctor told me point blank that when the pharmacy faxes prescription approvals to the office - they don't look at them. How can an office operate like this? Where are the protocols? And forget prior authorizations. The support staff is the most idiotic I have ever dealt with. Mind you, my pharmacy provider sucked as well so it's not 100% on them, but having to guide the staff on how to fill out pre-authorization forms and what the pharmacy needs in order to approve meds was basically a part-time job. I gave up dealing with them completely. I ended up moving, found a new doctor who contracts with a prescription approval service and my meds were approved in 15 minutes with no hassle on my end. I cannot recommend this team no matter how nice the people are. Find another care provider.

Went to pick up same prescription that I've had for years , price with BCBS was $99!!! Past 2 months it was $12( only after I called insurance co, Atrius wanted to charge me over $100) Insurance person said to ask Atrius for lower priced generic which I did and the female pharmacist was extremely helpful. Fast forward to yesterday and the male jerk was so extremely unhelpful and suggested I "try CVS", some BS about manufacturer not "manufacturing " medicine anymore .... one month later ! So now I have to track down my Dr who is out on maternity leave until January 2026 , go through a ton of BS with CVS and transfer ALL my family's prescriptions, because I'm dammed if I give another cent to Atrius . I'm not crazy about CVS but Atrius Pharmacy sucks !!!

As someone whose been a patient here over 30 years I can tell you that it truly depends on the staff/department that you're dealing with how your experience will be. The adult internal medicine department is not great. Majority of the the doctors & nurses are conditioned to "tell you" what you do & don't need and it's either their way or no way. I stopped seeing a PCP here for that reason. Eyeglass department is okay..the lady in there has off days where she's a little short with you. Pharmacy is not very efficient. Staff is nice but there isn't clear communication or procedure. I have come downstairs from an appointment and waited over 40 minutes for an RX! It was blamed on me because I didn't check in at the window. Wouldn't it only make sense that if someone is prescribed an antibiotic at a "sick" appointment they'd need the RX immediately. Lab has always been decent. The saving grace of the place is Dr. Daley in pediatrics. She is so kind & compassionate. I would never take my children to see anyone else. She's a hidden gem. No one else in the pediatrics department even compares to her. Most of the medical assistants in that department are great too (aside from Glenda. She is the worst!) Overall it's your typical modern day medical center no better, no worse.

Zoe NP has helped me tremendously. PCP has been great and diagnosed me with a condition no other doctor did despite life long symptoms. I conceived twins spontaneously with the help and support of OBGYN. It's been tough getting into optometry but I start PT at this location in March and have had PT during covid pandemic. My kids and their father go here and we have been going for years. It's like a mini hospital. Lot's of departments.
