I was traveling from California to Boston when I realized mid flight I forgot my contacts!!! I stumbled across EYESPOT after not having success at WP. As soon as I walked in, the staff were super friendly and helped me get my prescription. They let me try and wear them for free. They even gave me enough to last me my entire trip. 100% the best eye store I've ever been to, totally recommend!!!

The optometry tech, who did all the pre-eye exams with care and ease. In the past, this part has always been difficult for me, so it was such a pleasant change.
Dr. Kallamata was incredibly kind, caring, and professional. He explained every step of the exam, what it meant, and took his time
I never felt rushed.
The best part was how seamless everything was. I was able to pick out my lenses right there with Stella, who helped me find the perfect frames for my face and prescription.

Catherine at the front desk is absolutely exceptional! I felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. She's incredibly organized, kind, and goes above and beyond to make everything, from scheduling to billing,insurance questions, smooth, transparent and stress-free. This is my first time at Eyespot chestnut Hill location. My regular doctor couldn't get me in before my vacation next week. I was really hesitant because everyone sounded so young on the phone. However, everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. I was impressed that the girl at the front could handle two customers at the same time without sounding annoyed or irritable. Stephen helped me get the largest rebate on my contact lenses and followed up with me by phone after my appointment to make sure he had my email address correct.
