Dr. A was awesome, clearly explained everything through the exam and gave several options. I like that the practice has all new equipment. I never really can remember an exam being so efficient and complete. Great staff in the front office. Super friendly and helped pick out my fashionable shades. That was fun! Thank you!

My experience purchasing eyeglasses at InFocus was entirely positive. The personnel were friendly, helpful (especially about ascertaining my insurance coverage), knowledgeable, and efficient. The prices were reasonable, the selection of frames extensive, and the quality of the product excellent. No special issue was made over getting the trifocals that I wanted, which is different from what I have found at other opticians. Lastly, the turnaround time to receive my new glasses was very fast (less than a week).

I loved the customer service that I experienced at InFocus!!! They helped me do a quick eye and contact exam. And then I ordered my glasses the all in the same day. I will be coming back soon!!

I've purchased several pair of glasses and returned for a small repair. Overall I've been very pleased with the high quality customer service with professionalism and attention to detail. Also a supportive environment while glasses shopping. Staff are responsive and follow up to any questions quickly. It has been a high quality experience per outstanding staff and I plan to return.

Excellent personalized service and selection at Chestnut Hill Optical Designs. (I had a prior good experience at the Wellesley location too). This time I worked with Chanel, the Chestnut Hill store manager. Chanel was outstanding: genuine, patient, knowledgeable, pleasant, and trustworthy. She took all the time I needed to learn my preferences, offer a variety of options, and gave me practical advice and clarity about what frames worked best, and different pricing options. Impressive: Chanel invited me to come back if anything isn't right, and said they truly want honest feedback about if/how they can improve. The other optician (Michelle?) was also great about giving "second opinions" on various frames. Both were great at balancing other customers in the shop who also received personalized attention. Highly recommend!

I have been a happy customer of Optical Design at Chestnut Hill since it opened. Dr. Song is a superb optometrist; when my previous optometrist retired, I had a hard time finding an optometrist who could fully correct my eyes. Dr. Song did it and and in addition, she has medical training and has provided me with insights that I have found useful. When I had surgery for glaucoma, she was reassuring, reinforced what my ophthalmologist had told me, and kept up with my changing vision as my eyes healed. The staff both before and after the recent change in ownership is also terrific. Very detail oriented and careful to be sure the glasses sit properly. They are uniformly pleasant, attentive but never appear to be in a rush. They were also very helpful in keeping me functional during the time my vision was changing. This was critical for me as I spend most of my working time at a computer. They are also available at almost any time to make adjustments if the frames get out of alignment, as happened to me when I sat on them during a plane trip. In summary, friendly environment, very competent people. Highly recommended.
