Treated horribly over the phine when calling for the doctor I work for to confirm their fax number. The woman who answered pretty much yelled at me saying "we are a hospital which department fax number do you want!?" And before I could sat anything or explain pur neurologist wanted to fax a referral she re routed me back to the main menu. After going through the prompts and reaching this woman again

Dr Brown gets beyond 5 Stars. I am an autoimmune Lupus SLE patient so everything that happens to my body, it feels like a war is going on inside. Ocular Shingles got me in January of 2025 and that's when trying to manage the pain eye and ear pain caused by such a basic sinusitis wreaked havoc on my everyday life. I got in to see Dr B immediately and everything was very fast, which normally seeing specialists that's not the case. His assistant Chloe Robinson is an absolute angel and she took care of everything to insurance pre-auth and following up with me directly til I had a surgery date. Of course being a lupus patient, I'm not surprised by having my body be extra sensitive and I had a few hiccups post op nothing Dr Brown did.. just my body being it's usual self acting up. Dr Brown and his staff took great care of me and never left me hanging and gave me positive real fast resolutions to my many issues. If you want a knowledgable,down to earth, compassionate and caring Dr and Staff who actually listen to you and don't dismiss your worries Go see Dr Brown at Concord ENT. I can't wait to be migraine free again

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! BILL = $994.07 for NOTHING I was referred to Mass Eye and Ear in Concord by my primary care physician, after my doctor noticed that I had a deviated septum which showed up on some X-rays. I arrived and met with doctor Michael Fattal, who put a camera up my nose diagnosed me with something I already knew I had and told me he couldn't help then basically shooed me out. I was in and out maybe 10 minutes. I was already ticked off at this point, now imagine my disbelief when I received a bill for $994.07!!!! This included a charge of $861.00 for "OFFICE VISIT". I kid you not $861.00 for just walking through the front door. I've had emergency room visits cost less! I have linked the bill(I blacked out my personal information), I am in utter disbelief with this place!

I understand why there are less than stellar reviews for this particular office. Unfortunately, we DID NOT have a great experience with another ENT in this group. This year, we saw one last doctor before we headed into Boston for care. We saw Dr. Brown. We hit the jackpot! Wonderful all around! Caring (funny) and to the point. We were not rushed. He diagnosed my son's ENT issues (sinus) rather quickly - and gave us decisions. My son recently had surgery, a complete success! I am thrilled we kept searching for an ENT who took us seriously and treated us with respect. Meaghan Verri

Went here for a hearing test for my son. Facility is nice and the staff were friendly. However they had us wait 45 minutes between the test being done and the followup appointment which was just unnecessary. The followup lasted a couple of minutes and easily could have been done sooner. Further they told us it was covered under our insurance but failed to mention it was billed at a hospital visit rate despite being a standard hearing test in a doctors office (not at a hospital). I had confirmed with my insurance they would cover a hearing test (in patient) but because Mass Eye and Ear is billing it at a hospital rate it was not covered. When I confronted them about it they told me that it was covered by my insurance but just at my hospital visit rate. Absolutely unbelievable and misleading. EDIT - Sent Susan an email the same day she responded to this review but did not hear back. After some additional follow up the bill stood and had to be paid. Take care when doing any procedures (even hearing tests) at this office and ask for them to get a direct estimate from your insurance.

Receptionist that I spoke with on the phone to make an appointment on 4/11 at 3pm was very rude and unhelpful, I simply asked for the address and she told me to look it up myself on the patient portal. She should find a job that doesn't deal with the public.

Really great staff here. I have had three kids seen by them for very different issues and they do a great job. I had an appointment for one child and when they found out that I had another one in a few weeks for my other child further away, they accommodated the child that day. Never seen a healthcare facility do that. Really nice and great with kids.
