Called to make an appointment, my mistake because I should have just done it online.
A woman answers the phone and is dismissive, telling me I would know better than her what times were available. Asked for 4:30 and she said she can make it or I could online- then she said she had a customer and hanged up, and considering I asked her to make the appointment and she didnt put me on hold, I figured if I needed more info I could give it in person.
Show up to be told there's no appointment for me. Also told its a manager so no one's facing consequences for blowing off one customer for another.
Well, you lost a customer so you could be less...annoyed?...by one standing in front of you. 1 hour of PTO lost to give your competitor Peal Vision down the street the customet instead.

Roy was lovely. The experience was odd - never having had a remote eye exam before, I had to adjust my expectations from having a live in person exam. The exam itself was very professionally done. I would not recommend it to anyone who has insurance though because they do not bill insurance which is why I didn't purchase any glasses. I booked this appt because I didn't want to take off work. But now I will end up taking off work to be able to use my insurance. The exam itself was inexpensive and he gave me information for reimbursement.
The optician was a bit overwhelmed and due to her obvious frustration with the constant interruptions I left without ordering lenses.

Roy was great! I have never had a remote DR exam and he took the time to explain the process, make sure I felt fully informed, and get me everything I needed! He even made sure while we were in the "waiting room" for the zoom calls that there was no awkwardness and was able to create a rapport with me. Will be back for sure!

The optical tech Roy who did my exam was awesome! He was thorough and explained everything clearly, and was friendly, professional, disarming, and very knowledgeable throughout. Staff also fixed a lens in a pair of my glasses so quickly, and were so nice. I'd recommend this location to anyone!
