My Eye Dr Danvers has the best customer service I've experienced in a LONG time! I rarely write reviews but felt I had to give them a shout out for their flexibility, friendliness and willingness to make the customer happy. Kevin upstairs is awesome and funny too! Staff downstairs also friendly and helpful. Great service, great options and great prices. Highly recommend!

I had the BEST experience at Myeyedr. Dr. Gannon is so thorough and she is very knowledgeable. She walked me through my retina scans and went over details. Nicole and Brian in the optical area were so welcoming! I have such a hard time finding frames to fit my face and they gave me guidance towards frame that would compliment me best.

Overall, I had a great experience. I was able to get an appointment quickly without having to wait for months or go onto a waitlist. Dr. Patel gave me a thorough evaluation and explained the findings simply. I did not feel rushed through the exam and she kindly answered all of my questions. After the exam, Nicole, the sales rep, spent significant time helping me find the right pair of frames at a reasonable price. She gave me empathic advice and did not try to sell me more than I needed.

From the moment we walked in, one staff member truly stood out and made an otherwise overwhelming visit feel manageable. She helped us feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely heard, not just checked in and checked out. A smile from the second you enter, multitasking, and yet compassionate. Her personality shined in the best way. You can tell she truly loves what she does. She cared about us on a personal level, not just a clinical one, and that made all the difference during a visit that came with a new diagnosis and a lot of nerves for my daughter. I had expressed concern about my daughter's new autoimmune condition and was pleasantly surprised to hear she knew of it and said she understood. The more we conversed, the more I found out she was a mother, a wife, a daughter, and had been in healthcare for close to two decades, and just like my daughter was entering the health and human service field. Sammy will be an asset to any company she works for. My daughter and I were so grateful. My daughter found her on LinkedIn, and we hope MyEyeDr will endorse her. What meant the most was her willingness to go the extra step and recommend a different type of physician, a specialty I had never heard of, who could help us better understand the diagnosis and feel more at ease. That kind of thoughtfulness and advocacy doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you for leading with compassion, kindness, and professionalism. You made a hard day feel lighter, and that matters more than you know. We look forward to returning next year for an annual eye exam and hope she is still there! I started going to this location of MyEyeDr a few years ago. Everyone there is fantastic, I mostly deal with Brian, Rich and Nicole when deciding on new glasses + contacts but the doctors are quick and efficient as well. Have even recommended them to friends and family.

Very professional and helpful in restoring my Rayban Megan sunglasses to shape without charge. Nicole is a super helpful and a positive ambassador of myeyedr, Danvers MA. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

Went in to pick up my glasses lenses and the lady ended up altering the frames of my glasses. They were extremely wide and loose fitting. When I asked her if she changed something about the frame because they felt big. She said cutting the new lenses to fit can alter the frames. The actual lenses that she cut are not a smooth cut like my old lenses they look all bubbly causing my clear frame to look dirty. The lenses now keep popping out easily. And when I tried putting my old ones back in, now they don't even fit. So she clearly did something to my frames instead of just cutting the lens to fit the frame. She clearly does not know how to cut lenses correctly. I was better off just keeping my old lenses so that my frames at least would still feel like they fit normally. I went in with my glasses feeling normal and left with them feeling uncomfortable. She also wasn't too pleasant, her vibe came off as if I was wasting her time. Now I'll have to go somewhere else to see if they can fix her screw up.

Terrible experience, have been there before and got treated great and they have just gone down hill. When I went to pick up my glasses I never even got a call that they were in had to call them and they literally pushed me out the door with my glasses falling off my face. Now I'll be going back for a fitting after I complained, Not impressed looking to find another eye doctor
