It was my first time going for an eye exam and to say I was nervous is an understatement. They made it such a comfortable experience! Kristen was absolutely amazing at helping me pick out the right glasses. While being honest she took her time and was patient as I tried on about 50 pairs ! And I was sent home with the cutest gift bag !

I requested that are not easily available. Then, once the glasses were ready, on a snowy winter day Bay Eye Center delivered the glasses to my home, a huge benefit since I am recovering from a spinal injury. Throughout, Bay Eye Center could not possibly have been more helpful or congenial. From technological skill to customer service, they are excellent. I feel so much at home in my new community!
