I made an appt Got one for today 9/22 at 4:45. They called me a few days back to state that the Dr doesn't work that day past 4. So now you get an appt for late October. Also a month ago when she got the sep 22 appt that they cancelled I was able to get a hearing test for Sep 29. I didn't want to wait for late October appt. I called Quincy office. I had an appt last night with Dr Paul Konowitz who was wonderful and I got a hearing test at the same time. Done. Today I'm calling Duxbury to cancel my appts and all I get is a busy signal. Duxbury has some work to do.

Incredibly rude receptionist who hates her job and takes it out on anyone who calls in. Very unprofessional. I'm sure the doctors are great but your lucky if you ever get to see them since you have to get through the receptionist.

This place is absolutely Rude since they changed over to Brigham and women's I'm disabled and having trouble getting around my daughter is 17 and the receptionist was stuffing her face with gum as I was trying to tell her it's hard for me to come in and that I was in the car and was like stuffing her face and told me well to bad this is the way it goes and then ignored me ,They don't pinch the arm before they put the needle in her arm they just jam it in there I wouldn't recommend mend them to anyone , There straight up Rude
