I went here for an annual eye exam. The front office assistant was very professional and friendly. The doctor was frustrated by my asking questions, she didn't take the time to review my current prescription, and didn't explain why she was recommending a new reading prescription when I can read quite fine without my glasses. When I asked for clarification on explanations of my current eye problems she was condescending and rude. I mispronounced blepharitis and she pretended she didn't know what I was talking about. I won't return here and don't recommend.

My new patient eye exam was an all around positive experience! The appointment was not rushed, allowing plenty of time for a thorough examination. I was greeted by the exceptionally friendly Alyssa. Dr. Grace was caring and attentive, making me feel comfortable the whole time. I also was impressed with the technology. I completely agree with the other reviewers! I was in search of a new eye doctor and found Dr. Grace on my insurance website. The photos of her office looked very inviting so I thought I'd give it a try. Indeed the office is very pretty and has a zen atmosphere. Both Dr. Grace and her assistant were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to carefully explain everything - tests, etc. I absolutely feel that I received very personalized care. When it comes to caring for the eyes, that is very reassuring. I highly recommend Duxbury Eye Care!

Dr. Grace is incredibly thorough. She appreciated my concerns and took into account my activities and lifestyle when working with me to correct my prescription, get contacts, and fabulous new frames. The space is beautiful and the staff is welcoming and helpful.
My mother has also visited Dr. Grace who compassionately has helped her make the decision as to whether or not she should proceed with cataract surgery which had her incredibly anxious.

This was the BEST experience I have ever had with an eye dr.! Dr. Grace is knowledgeable, thorough, and patient, and she took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel silly for asking them. Alyssa is fabulous, too! She explained each eye test clearly and concisely, and showed zero frustration when my blinking got in the way of getting an accurate reading on one of the tests. I cannot say enough great things about the two of them, and I am thrilled that Dr. Grace has her own practice!
