Lori Michaud, OD is a witch! She is very rude when you need to go back because your prescription is off and you cannot see out of the glasses she prescribed. She was huffing and puffin the whole time. When I said you seem agitated she said well you're confusing and I don't know what to tell you, some people cannot wear progressives. She had no patients at all and should find a job she enjoys more because she certainly doesn't enjoy this one. Would NOT recommend at all!

Had a great 1st experience with Dr. Marques and staff. Everyone was polite and professional. Happy to have such a kind and caring team take care of my eyes. Thank you!

I went to Advanced Eye Centers in the Fall River location. I saw Dr. Winslow. He was fantastic. Judi in the optical department assisted in helping me select new frames. She was so nice and professional! I loved the frames she suggested! My daughter saw Dr. McQuay. She was great with her. Keith assisted with frames in the optical department. He was excellent as well! I highly recommend this office. Great experience overall!

I have been going to DR. P. Beede for a long time. I feel confident, when i have a visit with him. He is extremely personable and professional . He really cares for his patients . Sometimes the wait is longer than what i would like . However, he is a great doctor an worth the wait. All the staff are kind, careing an knowledgeable . That's why i chose to go to Dr. Beede.

If I could give zero stars, I would. After a visit there where my eyes were dialfed and they conducted a full eye exam, I began to experience pain in my eyes and redness that gradually grew worse. I called, thinking it was maybe the new contacts they gave me. However, the issue was not corrected. I called on Monday morning last week asking if my doctor had any availability as I was experiencing severe pain. They gave me an appointment for Friday morning. I asked to be out on a waitlist in case there ends up being availability ; they told me that they don't do that but would "write my name on a sticky note" in case there's a cancellation. I called again Tuesday morning and Wednesday morning as my condition worsened, using the words "severe pain" and "urgent". They gave me nothing. I called my PCP who took me in right away, and referred me to another eye doctor who diagnosed me that day with keratitis - which can lead to permanent vision loss or blindness if untreated. I called Advanced Eye Care on Thursday morning to cancel my appointment for Friday. I asked the receptionist whether they allot for emergency sick visits in their doctors' schedules and the woman said "of course!". She looked into the appointment data for me for the next day and said the notes said my appointment was a PRESCRIPTION ISSUE. I am very unclear how I could have further conveyed that I had an emergency and this establishment failed to support me in this. I am absolutely switching to a different practitioner and am very disappointed by this level of "care".

I once was blind, but now I see. Cataract Surgery is the best!

The girls who answer the phones need new jobs obviously because their miserable, they don't let you finish even asking a question befor they hanging up the phone.. get a new job.. and as far as the place my daughters prescription changed and they said she had the same prescription for 3 years straight which made no sense.. had to choose a different eye doctor who is much much better at what he does.. Dr. Donahue is the way to go in the Truesdale building!

Amazing friendly staff and the most professional doctors I have ever worked with. They see you as a person and not a walking dollar sign. If you have any concerns, they ask me before to answer any questions. Perfectionist
