The staff at this office is great. The doctor is fun and easy to get along with. Staff is friendly and does a great job helping pick out glasses. I highly recommend this place.

very unprofessional booked an appointment sent an email to verify everything called and no one reached me back. It's not my first incident for bad service. Last time they told me to come in around 10 and they almost had me waiting 2 to 3 hours I had to go to be at work at after so yes, I left the appointment. Why tell people to come in at a certain time where you're gonna have them wait that long.

This office is absolutely astounding. The girls there are professional yet they make you feel like family, and Dr. Arruda is patient and very kind. They keep the office clean and have so many options when it comes to frame style! I haven't been this happy with a drs office in a really long time. Definitely a great place for treatment

Horrible place. I'll never go back here! Last year I had a ridiculous experience here. From the wait time, to the rip-off they made by telling me my insurance didn't cover it (and it covered everything), to the employee laughing in my face because I said my glasses weren't right and thought I'd have the left lens swapped with the right, and she laughed in my face! I'd been wearing contact lenses for over 10 years and had never had to wait for a prescription. They wanted me to wait and go for a new appointment to get my contact lens prescription, or to order them there and then. Which I didn't want to do because it's much more expensive than buying online! The most ridiculous thing was the employee laughing in my face while giving her personal opinion on which glasses I should choose and pressuring me to choose quickly. She kept making comments that were offensive to me, like they didn't fit, etc.! I ended up choosing them under pressure so I wouldn't have to answer her!

The actual doctor is amazing. But we waited for 3 hours after our initial appointment time.

From the moment I entered this doctors office they made me feel comfortable all through the exam. The doctor was very informative and very kind. She made me nice and relaxed. I didn't have any problem getting any of my questions answered. She was very informative Dr I wish all doctors could be like this one. I felt like I was absolutely taking care of the best that I could have And I felt very comfortable here. I recommend this place all the way.

I have been coming here for years and have found the staff and my doctor to be friendly and kind. I can usually get an appointment quickly when I'm having problems and I never seem to wait for long in the waiting room. I have social anxiety but have always felt comfortable with this office. I highly recommend them.
