I had an amazing experience with my medical assistant Katelyn during my eye exam! From the moment she brought me in, she made me feel completely comfortable and well cared for. She was very time-efficient and kept me updated about wait times, which I really appreciated. Katelyn took her time with each step of the exam, explained everything she was doing, and made sure I understood what to expect. Her patience, kindness, and warm smile truly made a difference. It's rare to meet someone who is both professional and genuinely caring, but she embodies both perfectly. I hope I have her again at my next visit!!!!! She was an absolute pleasure!

Met with Dr. Arias as a medical professional myself, I find her polite, informative, intelligent, and she has excellent bed side manner. Now for the Center for Sight.. I chose this place due to distance from my house and the fact they do fundus imaging. Fundus imaging is important for many people, including myself who have "freckle(s)in the back of their eye" that need yearly imaging to monitor for the low probability of melanoma. Staff were polite. My biggest complaint is I spent well over an hour here (granted some of that time was for eye dilation) and in a horrible stuffy secondary waiting room with an annoying tv that played on a loop of adds.. one of the adds got stuck and played over 7 times in a row everytime it showed up. We were not provided dark glasses or water. By the time I left, I was over it and totally forgot to ask about my paper prescription and eyewear (I totally left without ordering or asking for either of these). Staff should have informed me upon booking my next appointment about continuation of eye care such as prescription and eye wear room.

Having seen many eye doctors in area, find another, Christina Benevides doesn't listen to patients, seems like doesn't enjoy interaction , the wait was ridiculous during appt last month and she does not like to be questioned about her diagnosis.
I did not know she was new to this office, choose any other doctor or office.
, sure will never see her ever again!

She navigated us right through everything. She explained the differences and how to resolve them. That's an employee to keep!!!!

Missed last 3 yrs for eye exam. Had cataract surgery & eyes were fine till recently. Plus numerous hospital admissions to many to count. When called to finally get appointment was told I could
No longer see whom I hand seen for at least 15 yrs because I was now a new patient. Why do we have to see Dr when we don't have issues. Let someone who is in need of an appointment get seen & when we have an issue we call. It's all about the $$$ & the insurance companies. Medical profession has gone out the window it has become a business & we are no longer patients but we are now customers. Guess it's time to move on

The young woman who checked me in was Kate. I've been coming to Center For Sight for over 20 years, no one has ever explained every detail of the process so thoroughly as she prepared me to see Dr. Kelly. Her manner and her process was very reassuring.
Due to an emergency, Dr. Kelly was running very late yesterday. Those of us waiting were informed of the problem, and we were reassured that every effort was being made to reach our needs. When I did see Dr. Kelly, he provided a very thorough exam and took the time to address and answer all of my concerns.
