Last year (2024) I had my appointment in the beginning of December & picked out my new pair & they put in the order and I got a phone call saying they were ready for pickup BEFORE Christmas! I was so pleasantly surprised! Keep up the great work guys! The staff was very nice. The Doctor was great, shes always just so nice to me and that means a lot!

I WAITED OVER A MONTH, A MONTH AND 2 DAYS! I WENT TO GO PICK UP MY SEEING NEAR AND FAR AND READING IN ONE GLASSES! YESTERDAY "MONDAY" THE RECEPTIONIST HANDED ME THE WRONG PAIR ALL GOLD METAL WITH THAT METAL RUBBER NOSE HOLDER AND FUNKY COLORS! UGLY OLD STYLE GLASSES! I SAID THATS NOT WHAT I ORDERED! SHE SAID OH YA, THE OTHER RECEPTIONIST ORDERS THEM. SHE ORDERED THE WRONG ONES! & OH YA IT DOESN'T MATCH YOUR RECEIPT, SO SHE SAID SHE HAS TO RETURN THEM, WITH MY ORIGINAL ORDER, AND WAIT FOR THEM AGAIN!!! SHE'S NICE THE OTHER RECEPTIONIST IS MEAN! THIS IS A HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE, FOR ME! I DON'T DESERVE THIS AT ALL! I'M KIND NICE PERSON TO EVERYONE! LIKE WHY ME? THE SEEING DOCTOR HERE IS EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL AND KIND, ONE OF THE RECEPTIONISTS, IS MEAN & THAT ORDERED THE WRONG PAIR OF GLASSES FOR ME! AND MY LAST PAIR BROKE...SO I'M HOPING I GET THE RIGHT PAIR SOON...

The minute I walked in I felt special the care of the associates was amazing then then Dr Centracchio stepped in & worked her magic to be able to help me with new prescription Glasses! Thank you primacare vision and staff and much grateful thanks to Dr Nicole Centracchio for running such an Amazing and professional state of the art firm ! I Highly Recommend you guys !

I have been seeing Dr. Centracchio for years now! She is always so professional and takes the time to chat with me despite how busy the office is. Quick, efficient, kind and brilliant! Also took amazing care of my father and diagnosing his cataracts and gave our family an excellent referral for surgery.

Dr Centracchio is an excellent optometrist. I have a difficult correction and she has been able to get my prescription correct where others have struggled. She is thorough and friendly. Her staff is very capable and also friendly. I highly recommend her and her office.

An unfortunate victim of the Gabriel House fire in Fall River 07/13/25 lost his eyeglasses in the evacuation... the Red Cross tracked down Rx and frames ordered within the past year and a set of replacement glasses was ordered for him by Samantha...at PrimaCare Fall River...she was professional, diligent and efficient and saw to their patient's needs...

Dr Centracchio is an amazing doctor! She is attentive, kind, honest, and hard working. She always takes the time to help me figure out the best options for me. I love coming to the office because the staff is always nice and friendly. Highly recommend!

Dr Centracchi9 is an amazing optometrist I simply love her but I am forced to see another optometrist because I was turned away . The copay was $10 and I didn't have it until the next day because that's when I get my disability her secretary said no I couldn't be seen and I couldn't pay the next day so therefore I had to make another appointment. So sad that I was turned away for $10 that I unfortunately didn't have.I only hope they don't do this to others.
