I have been a patient for years will not see anyone else. The staff and doctor is unbelievably kind and helpful. The doctor is extremely outgoing very easy to speak to and listens to her patients. The office will do everything In. There power to make sure you have the best interaction and they always look out for you in ways of trying to find cost effective solutions to help you out. I will now and always be one of there patients along with my family and friends.

I've seen Dr Tsongalis-Arruda for a number of years. She has always been friendly and personable and taken time with me to make sure I understand my care plan or to ensure any changes to my eyeglass prescriptions work for me.

Beyond unprofessional. Dr.Arruda shared her beliefs in the doctors visit that a Scientist in China was the cause of covid. On a much more serious note, a cataracts surgery is needed and Dr.Arruda explained we needed to wait until April because no specialist in the area is performing this surgery due to covid restrictions. I called around to other specialist to learn this was a lie. I also called the specialist in which the surgery is booked at and they too confirmed that it is not true and they were able to book an earlier date. Dr.Arruda lied multiple times, she clearly has no care for her patients and their needs.

I saw Dr. Eudoxia Tsongalis Arruda in March for my eye exam and received 3 prescriptions that I could not see with that took me into October only to be told they could not help me and gave me my money back for the glasses and refused to recall my insurance claim for the exam and therefore I will now have to pay for an exam elsewhere and I have no glasses. During my fitting for the 3rd pair of glasses the optician said she had done her homework and found that my previous prescription was incorrect because it was extra strength and she didn't know because she had never ordered computer lens before. Shouldn't she have done her "homework" before ordering my glasses and wasting my time!! This is the worst place I have ever been for glasses. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here! The Dr. nor the optician know what they are doing!

Wrote a previous review about how there was poor time management, just wanted to take a min and let everyone know that they have been actively improving this. I was taken care of today in under an hour and greatly appreciate the steps that were taken to improve this facility.

AWSOME staff!! And the Doc is super nice, & smart!! Does an excellent job! Been there 10 yrs? Ish? Never a problem

been going here for at least 20 years,the staff and dr are proffesional and friendly,always courteous.
