I cannot believe this place! Not only did I have a seamless first appointment, but my glasses were ready within 48 hours of the appointment even with the adjustments I asked for my prescription. I've never had it filled so quickly usually there's a 4 week wait time. Definitely recommend to anyone that needs eye care and their bilingual.

I've been coming here for years. It's always been a very professional and respectful place. One issue is I live 40 minutes away and they had my glasses for three months. I had major health issues that stopped me from working or driving to Fall River to pick up my glasses. Today I tried to go and pick them up. They told me they sent them back Without a phone call a text, email or a letter to make me aware that they were getting sent back. Very inconsiderate considering I almost died common courtesy is not that common.

Carl & Robert were the kindest people I've met in this industry. I brought my husband to my second appointment and he ended up scheduling his appointment there as well instead of where he's been going. Carl was accommodating and understanding and patient (I am so indecisive about these things lol) Robert was also understanding of my sight needs. And Carl's daughter is so sweet.
