Starr Opticians

My family has used Starr Opticians for over 50 years. The staff are very friendly. Starr has convenient office hours and a great selection of glass frames to choose from. I personally have been going there since I was 10 years old. They have very reasonable prices, as I've compared to many places. I got these glasses a year ago and they're my favorite so far! I hope Starr is around for many years to come.

Great experience buying glasses. I saw Dr. Bergus for my exam, and she was very thorough and helped explain a few things to me when I had questions. The front of the house staff were both incredibly professional and helpful when it came time to pick out my new frames. They were patient as I tried on plenty of pairs to find the perfect ones, and they were ready for pick up very quickly after my appointment. I made the extra drive to Dr. Bergus's new location, and the combination of her expertise and the front crew will have me driving back when it's time for my next eye exam. Thank you Starr Opticians!

Very good service friendly ! Both my wife and l love to get our glasses there !

My wife's eye glasses screw from the arm fell out. I tried for a hour to get that little screw in with a kit, was impossible. I called where we bought the glasses and was told they would have to be sent out. I then called another business and was told they would of had to been bought from them to put a screw in. I then called Starr opticians and was told to bring them in. When I arrived I was greeted by 3 very nice people 2 ladies and a gentleman. The gentle man asked if we need to look at some glasses. I explained just a fix. He took the glasses out back and returned within 5 minutes and said try them on and I can adjust them if you would like. They fit perfectly. I asked how much I owed him and he said no charge. I tipped him and we left feeling like we had just meet a really wonderful person. If you want great service and someone who really cares I would recommend Starr opticians.

Star Opticians on New Boston Road in Fall River is the place to go for glasses. I have been going for a few years as well as my family. They are very professional and friendly, and have very fair pricing. I brought my broken frames in yesterday at 3:30 pm thinking I had to get new frames. I was told that they might be fixable and could be ready today. I received a call a little after 8 this morning that they were ready and they were able to repair them When I arrived today to pick them I asked how much for the repair... I was told that there was no charge. I was surprised and said that there has to be. She told me that as long as you are a customer and buy glasses from them there is no charge for repairs. Please support this honest, professional company.

Great operation with highly skilled staff that are very friendly and helpful. They will exceed your expectations and satisfaction. Amazing to experience that still exists in this day and age. November 5, 2024 We went went to Star today for 2 pair of new glasses. This is 5 years after my first review. I am pleased to report that it is the same place we come to rely on enjoy going to over the past 5 years. Rebecca and Daniel are so experienced and helpful and do a "great job and listening to their customers"! 5 years and 5 stars and still at excellent place for qualty, value and customer satisfaction.
