I am beginning to question the honesty of this place. My last 2 visits required me to pay my visit in full before I could be seen. My coworkers with the same insurance have no issues at their eye doctor. I had to pay $250 at my last visit. I never received a statement from my insurance which I always do so to me they just took my money and didn't bill my insurance at all. If this has happened to you, you should go somewhere else because that's what I'm going to do.

Doctor is very sweet and understanding, but the office/front desk is INCREDIBLY rude. It is a shame because she is a good doctor but the Desk makes it much less "worth it". They never take note of your phone call responses and repeatedly call getting ruder by the call, ignoring prior answers and are quick to criticize without empathy or understanding at check in. Awful experience with the woman at the desk.
