I had the worst experience with this office. Only been 3 times for annual visits. Tried to give it a chance as my primary care Dr recommended her. Each visit was the same "sales pitch" rehearsed. I know it by heart! Office is so unkept and unorganized. Each appointment I was kept in the waiting room for over an hour. Her answer to everything is "dry eye"!!!!! Third appointment went terribly wrong and I will not be returning and I recommend you do the same!!!

She herself always gives me her undivided attention during exams. When Dr. Cote passed away I thought I would never find an eye Doctor even half as good as he was. I can't believe how I was just treated on the phone. I have a severe infection in both my eyes and the secretary refused to give me an emergency appointment. Told me to go to the emergency room. Also had the nerve to ask me where I've been???? I told her who the hell do you think your talking to ? I don't think Dr Ali would approve of her behavior. She told me your not coming here and hung up on me. Very very bad professionalism. She should be fired. Not the only eye doctor in the city.
