10/10 recommend! My husband's First time here and it was great. I was super impressed with how thorough the Doctor was. The staff in front that helped with picking out his glasses was very helpful and super nice. Sometimes my husband can be a pain making decisions when it comes to glasses. The staff was wonderful and patient with him. Also being a first time new patient I was pleasantly surprised how quick they got us in. Highly recommend Framingham Optical. Thank you again!

My FAVORITE place to pick out my new frames and have my lenses built. I've been using them for 18 years or so and I have no wish to go anywhere else. Also, if you buy it there, and you lose a screw they will fix it for free. And more complex fixes are done on the cheap (provided you bought them there. The Staff is VERY FRIENDLY. I highly recommend this store!

I recently , September-October 2023 ,went back to Framingham optical to get reading and driving glasses. Not only one of their doctors prescribed a wrong lenses for my reading pair ,when I went there to complain and tell them I get a sharp headache when I wear my new glasses, their front desk sales woman refused to let me talk to the doctor !! And started blaming me for not knowing that those glasses are NOT good when I'm using a laptop !? After I went back again the next day I was able to talk to another doctor .He did the exam again, and to my surprise said the prescribed lense were NOT correct !! You should have seen the look on the front desk woman

The doctor told me i needed to shield my eyes bc i have glaucoma in my eyes. When i ordered my glasses i ordered for protection for my eyes. I was told i changed my mind and they have it crossed out so i never got it but i know i asked for that directly bc what the doctor said to me. I paid almost $300 for my glasses and thats with insurance through my job. Idk exactly what i paid for. I also paid extra money for insurance for my glasses and she said i didnt. They are a rip off they are taking advantage of people that dont know anything about ordering glasses. Me and my kids will not be going back there!!
