New England Eye Center - Framingham

After going to this clinic for a few years, I ultimately decided to switch providers due to concerns about my son's care. He was misdiagnosed, which unfortunately delayed him from getting the glasses he needed to correct his vision. I truly wish I had sought a second opinion sooner. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

I think they must double book because the wait times are very long and they will always push you to see an optometrist and not a Doctor. There are so many better practices out there. Don't waste your time.

I've had two appointments to determine treatment (surgery) for vertical strabismus. Wait time in office was minimal (a few minutes). Every doctor, technician, and front-office staff person was professional, friendly, and helpful. Every phone call was answered, every question answered. Communication through the portal was easy, and responses addressed exactly what I'd asked about--all in a timely manner. Follow-up and follow-through were thorough. This is the best run medical practice I have ever had the pleasure (FOR ONCE) of dealing with--and at 71 years old, I've had vast experience. Five stars hardly seems adequate!

Good doctors, but admin does not care about patients. They are unbearable. I have a medical condition that requires contacts instead of glasses in order to see well. After an exam 2 months ago, they were supposed to order special lenses for me and bill my insurance. Over the last week, I called twice to find out what going on, they take the message and never call back. I'm now out of lenses and I'm scrambling to get them some other way!

Ok. Why the 1 star review?! This place is the best! They are fast at checking eyes, and only have to wait till my eyes got dilated all the way. And I had a great technician and I had Dr Yoo. I recommend this place! These one start reviews are a joke.

I can't even get through the front desk to make a stupid appointment!!!! Will look for another eye doctor in the area

I usually don't write bad reviews, however with this medical office I need to make an exception. This review is in regards to front desk/office staff.... I have never been treated in a medical office like this before. On multiple occasions the rudeness of staff and attitude is unbelievable. Every time they pick up the phone, it's like they don't wanna be there and help you with anything. Additionally, on multiple occasions they made errors on my daughter's account regarding appointments and follow ups. The appointments would not register and would not be added to her account. Instead admitting the mistakes on multiple occasions, the lady whispered under her breath, "oh my god". I find this to be disheartening that I'm looking for a new doctor for my 4 years old daughter, not because of medical treatment or staff/doctors but because of the front desk staff and their continuous attitude and poor customer service.

Awesome eye doctors at this facility. They are top of their business and Dr Susan S. Liang, MD knows her stuff. She took care of both my moms. She has great bed side manner and is very friendly. Highly recommend them if you need regular eye care and surgery
