I been coming here for years for my eye needs . I get my contacts and glasses from here . My husband does as well . The prices are good and you get personalized , hands on service , you can't get online . I this place .

Dr. Willinger and her team are so considerate and supportive. I saw multiple ODs, and she was one of the best. She takes her time and brings back the brightness and colorful worlds into the eyes. I would definitely recommend her.

This is where my husband gets his eyes checked on a regular basis and I went to get mine checked this particular time because something seemed a little off. The doctor asked. When I had last had my eyes examined, which was only a few months before but something seemed different. Something seemed off and she noted right away what it was and said you need to go back and get checked for cataracts. I did go back to my regular dr. it was the best decision I made, and I would not have found out for another six or seven Months if I had not gone on a hunch to get my checked I received great service, my husband's been going for a number of years no complaints. I highly recommend them.

My daughter's recent visit to the Studio Optics left us completely disappointed, primarily due to the unprofessional service she received. The lack of courtesy and attention to her needs was appalling. From the moment she walked in, it was clear that customer service wasn`t a priority. The optician or optician assistant or whoever she was was absolutely rude and disrespectful. Her dismissive attitude made my daughter feel unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer. This is an absolutely disgusting place where the staff indulge in inappropriate and offensive behavior towards customers. I hope this woman gets the same disgusting treatment and feels as disgusted as my daughter did. By the way, if you hire people to serve your customers, it would be great if they at least speak understandable English. We felt like we were on a quest. I must say that we always had the best service there before, my husband and my sister's family were regular customers for a long time. But now after they have changed the staff and hired people who do not understand anything about of human diversity and respect - this place has become simply disgusting. That was our last time there.

With the pandemic going, I scheduled my appointment online and I called to different places nearby me to check prices for eye exams, as I planned to do self-pay and this location had the most affordable price for me! Today I came for my appointment. Dr. Rhonda Willinger was great, I was her patient for many years. She answered all my questions and informed me about my eye progress. As I received my prescription and headed out the door to the other room to choose glasses, I asked if I can try on glasses without mask on so I can see what looks good on me and what does not. There were people browsing frames and when they left, I had my 6 feet distance to take my mask off and try on different types of frames. Excellent Customer Service here, honest feedback on what looks well and what does not. When I found the right one for me with the options I chose. After placing an order, I was happy with the service I received today! I would recommend this place to anyone that needs their eyes checked and an updated prescription. I will come back !!!

Studio Optics has made me the best pair of glasses among all glasses I wear for past few years! Dr very efficiently and effectively helped me with the prescription Staff Emily is so nice, patient and professional. She has tons of knowledge of features and specs of lens, frames, coating.... so she helped me picking the right options that fits me so well! For example, I love the blue light coating that she recommended to me! It makes looking at screens a lot less tiring! She is not sales-y and really keep customer s best interest in mind! I will go back again soon!

The easiest eye exam and glasses prescription I've ever had. They got me in for a same day appointment and I had a really cute pair of glasses picked out less than half an hour after I walked in. It then only took them about 3-4 days to have them ready for pick-up. I've never had such a smooth experience in this process before. I was very pleasantly surprised! The staff is friendly and helpful, I will be back for next year's eye exam!

Trying to ascertain an eye doctor from my Cigna insurance is like pulling teeth and this was one of the few eye doctors I could find that didn't have a three month waiting list. This location is tucked inside a Trader Joes shopping center and is quite a small place, a bit cramped, with one optometrist and loaded with all sorts of displays and two front employees. The doctors office was a bit tight, again, loaded with equipment, but she was very nice and knew her stuff and I was in and out in a jiffy. The two ladies in the front were quick to help me with frames and lenses ordering and knew what they were doing. They added in my insurance and saved me some bucks and I was in and out in 40 minutes. Definitely a good place to stop and quicker than a long drawn out Lens Crafters experience.
