Target Optical

I typically re-order contact lenses at the beginning of every year and then forget about the process until January of the following year. In past years, I have had challenges with other optical companies, but my experience at Target Optical today was one of the best experiences I've had not only from an eyewear perspective, but from a Customer Service experience. Rebekah at Target Framingham optical walked me through a step-by-step the process of ordering new glasses and new contact lenses. She was helpful, patient, insightful, and comforting. I mean it when I say, this was one of the best Customer Service experiences that I've had in years. Thank you Rebekah!

I had an excellent experience with Sherril F. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The doctor was very thorough during my eye exam, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions without rushing. I truly felt heard and well cared for.

I have been wearing glasses for 13 years and this has been the worst experience in my life. I felt very uncomfortable. The day I scheduled my visit, I came right after work and it was a snow day, I ended up delaying like 15-19 min. There was a lady up front that I spoke with and she constantly felt the need to throw in my face I was late a few times. When the doctor arrived, she started asking me questions upfront about what was my last prescription and that I should know. I told her nowhere else had ever required that, they always crafted the prescription based on the appointment. The other ladies on the front kept questioning me with medical questions and it was none of their business, I felt uncomfortable and exposed. Questions that they should ask me inside the room were being asked upfront. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life and I constantly felt air of judgment. The lady up front was like" yeah she was 30 min late" to the doctor and looked at me with disapproval. I don't accept going to a place to feel judged like I did. The doctor is great, I just wish she asked personal questions inside the room not upfront. The whole experience was awful and at the end they didn't even ask if I wanted to schedule an appointment or not. They simply scheduled it for the next year. Never coming back.

What a great team at Target Optical in Framingham. When you enter both Rebekah and Brenee in true Boston metro fashion are incredibly experienced and professional, a common experience in the most highly educated region in the country. They work perfectly as a team, complementing each other like clockwork. Dr. Yuen is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable during the exam. This optical is a treasure i didn't expect to find tucked away in a suburban Target, which is fortunate to have such a high caliber group. After going to a boutique optical in New Haven for years, I can say this optical is better at a fraction of the expense.

I just want to thank Mabell the manager of the Framingham store for helping Me pick out a new pair of glasses she took her time and let me try on about 12 pairs I absolutely love my new glasses. Thanks again, Mabell.

Raquel was wonderful very helpful. Very pleasant to deal with no pressure at all. She made it a seamless experience . It's my first time at target optical and I certainly will do it again. I was there to just put lenses on my Meta glasses, but because of her professionalism And nice attitude. I decided to buy the glasses from her and return the one that I had with me.

I recently visited Target to pick up a few items and was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming faces in the Optical Department. As I was browsing, I was kindly asked if I needed to renew my prescription glasses. The assistance I received was absolutely amazing! The staff were not only knowledgeable but also very attentive to my needs. A special thank you to the General Manager, Mabell, for her polite and thoughtful approach in helping me find the perfect frames. She truly went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. The exceptional customer service I received here will stay with me, and I'm excited to refer this store to my family, friends, and coworkers. I know they won't regret it!
