I had a severely broken pair of glasses with missing hinges. I had bought these glasses at LensCrafters, a large chain, who told me they could not be repaired without purchasing an entirely new pair of glasses. Independent businesses tend to operate with independence of mind. So I brought them to Scott at Trinity Optical. He was able to fix them by finding a compatible frame and heat-fitting my lenses into it. Took less than 10 minutes. Given the fact that he was able to fix them at all was a sign of excellent skill.

I had a pair of safety glasses they just did not fit well. The company who made them said I needed to have them adjusted by an optician. I was referred to Trinity and WOW, WOW WOW am I impressed. He turned my Fords into Lincolns this place is great!!!

I am THRILLED!!! I finally gave up readers, got a prescription for eyeglasses and invested in top quality progressive no line bifocal lenses. I have the best vision with these quality eyeglasses, it's definitely worth the price. I see better and have beautiful frames on my face every day! Now, looking through my new lenses I see I had not seeing clearly before! Once at home w/my NEW eyeglasses from Trinity, I cleaned my house from top to bottom and my headache from the cheap over-the-counter readers are gone! I wish I had stoped by Trinity Optical so much sooner. Thank you Scott for the best vision I have had in years!

I went to Trinity Optical with an eyeglasses prescription to buy a pair of lenses. Scott was attentive and diligent. I ordered the new lenses. After a few days of using the new glasses, it was clear that there was something wrong with them. I went back to Trinity Optical to ask for advice. Several things came up about the possible cause of the problem. I think all of them could have been brought up during my first visit (before ordering the lenses). At one point it was clear to me that my only option was returning the lenses. After asking for the return, Scott was upset, and his attitude changed: he was no longer friendly, crossed out my file in front of me, and even made a hostile insinuation. He discounted $50 from my refund, which was not a known condition, and it's not common practice. Trinity Optical seems to have good customer service when things go right, but the opposite when things go wrong.

Local small business who treat their customers with the utmost care. I Purchased a pair of glasses back in October of 2020, yesterday I accidentally broke them in such a way that required a whole new frame. I was only charged a fraction of their true cost despite the frames being out of warranty. Trinity optical knows how to take care of their customers. I'd highly recommend them!

I've had a great experience at Trinity Optical. Scott is very helpful with lots of personal care, and is great at dealing with difficult prescriptions. His prices are pretty high, but they're about on par with everyone else's.

I came to Trinity Optical with a challenging need for frames with hooked ear pieces. Other's said that they were unavailable. The gentleman at Trinity was up to the challenge. I recommend this company Walter Linehan
