I've been to Dr. Morill's office a few times now and have always been impressed with the service I've received. The front end staff are knowledgeable and friendly. My appointment times have always been honored and I've never had to wait. Dr. Rice is the best eye doctor I've been to. She's knowledgeable, thorough, kind, friendly, and overall is a dream to work with. She takes the time to go over my questions and explain exactly what is happening during the exam. I can not recommend this office enough- between the friendly staff and excellent doctors you will be treated very well!

I have complicated eye issues. I'm followed by a Retina specialist in Natick and an Ophthalmologist in Framingham. The anti- reflective coating wore off my glasses and I didn't want to travel to Framingham just to get a new eyeglass prescription. Dr. Pfeffer got me in within 2 days. I got a new prescription and ordered beautiful new frames. Dr. Pfeffer, the Optician and ALL the staff were amazingly kind and gracious. My husband gets his glasses here as does our son who has complex physical disabilities. We all appreciate the excellent care and service from this team. We highly recommend Dr. Pfeffer and Associates!

I had an eye abrasion and was in a lot of discomfort, but Dr. Pfeffer went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He checked in on me throughout the healing process, explained everything clearly, and made me feel reassured every step of the way. I'm so grateful for the care and kindness I received--truly outstanding doctor and team!

I just had my first office visit with Dr Pfeffer and wish I switched sooner! The front desk staff is happy and very friendly, and Dr Pfeffer came out to get me and did everything himself (I didn't get bounced back and forth from nurse to nurse to waiting room). I was seen on time and my entire appointment was about 45 minutes. If you're hesitant to switch, don't be! What a breath of fresh air this eye doctors office was! My only regret is I didn't switch sooner!

I love the front desk ladies -- they are always so kind and amazing. They are the reason I'm still staying with this practice. I unfortunately can not say the same about Dr. Collette. When I asked her a question about "contact re-wetting drops" she made me feel stupid. When my appointment concluded, she just left. No basic "goodbye" just shuffled me to the front desk. Throughout the appointment, she did not give "friendly-vibes" and I understand that is not a requirement but every other medical professional I've been in contact with has shown me that grace; overall I'd describe Dr. Collette as detached and slightly condescending. I don't want to make assumptions but I wonder if her attitude is because I'm a younger patient and thus I should be a "simpler case that takes less time and attention." I really didn't want to give this rating since my experiences before my appointment today were all very positive, but I truly did not like the way I was treated today.

Hands down THE best doctor's office of any kind! The front desk makes you feel welcomed and at ease and they are very professional and amazing at their jobs! Nancy is a sweetheart and helped me pick out glasses in minutes. Dr. Collette is extraordinary! I have never had a better doctor! She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She takes the time to listen to you and explains everything thoroughly. I wish I could replace all of my doctors with her, she is that great! If you are looking for an eye doctor, this is the place! You will never want to go anywhere else!!!

Having my eye exams in the last 9 years in IN, NJ, and now MA, this is the best place I'd recommend. Dr. Erin Rice walked through and explained everything during the exam. She provided suggestions and answered all my questions, I feel very comfortable. Would recommend this place to my colleagues and friends.

I have been a patient of this practice for 20 years. I have always been pleased with all the optometrists I have had the pleasure to be serviced by. Today, I had my first appointment since the pandemic. Dr. Stetson was the Dr I saw. I could not have been more pleased with his thoroughness and he took the time to explain every part of the exam. His knowledge and expertise was very evident in every part of the exam. 5 star plus for you Dr Stetson.
