Milford-Franklin Eye Center

First time there for myself and my daughter for a routine eye exam. We saw Dr. Conn who was very thorough, we both agreed from our prior doctor that we never had such a thorough exam. Was a little lengthy, but would highly recommend also might recommend booking, like we did first thing in the morning. So you don't have to wait as long we did have about a 10 to 15 minute, wait and we were first in the morning.

Dr Kaldawy is sn excellent surgeon! The complete staff is compassionate & very professional! Special thanks to Stephanie Thomas for going over & above her job. Stephanie is an amazing Asset to that office.

2 hr wait... Every single time!!! And I mean that LITTERALLY! First couple of times I just figured he was running late. 830 appt. Room fills up. ( A big room at that! Franklin office)People check in, sit down and wait! The very last time I went, I went to his Milford office. SAME DEAL! 2 HRS WAIT! A man finally had enough, got up (because every seat was full and NOT ONE PERSON had been seen yet. Just like every Franklin office visit) and asked if the doc was even in the building yet! The answer from the front desk was a nasty, "HE JUST GOT HERE! You were told before your appt there would be a 2 hr wait!" My suspicions confirmed! After my first few visits, well it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out this was exactly what was and is going on! It's wrong and unethical and after 2+, 3 yrs I've had enough and won't be returning. Having to take a day off of work for a 10 minute eye exam It's insane, AND WRONG!

Amazes me how we have to make appointments only to sit in the waiting room for hours on end. My wife had an appointment today at 2:45... we're still sitting in the waiting room at 4:30 (She wonders why I don't bother going to see doctors, they're all like this). Please work to Book less appointments throughout the day, your scheduling is abysmal, and staff clearly cannot keep up. It's wrong to put patients through this. I have seen many eyes rolling in the waiting room already. However, I'm sure I'll get a chirp back explaining how I don't understand and that I'm in the wrong. Just sharing the experience, no need to get upset. If it upsets you, change your practice for the better. I've attached a timestamp photo with the time the printed our invoice! Can't tell me I'm not a patient now.

Franklin Eye center is a blessing. The followed woth me last year through the yearly check and made sure all good. Looking forward to another checkup this year

This was my first time there, and it was a great experience. Dr Conn was very thorough and kind and helpful. All of the staff was helpful also. They were also very patient with me. I had my 20 month old son with me, Which presented some challenges, but they were all very accommodating.

Rude staff answering calls. Talks over you. Doesn't listen. Rude and condescending demeanor. If you don't want to work there- you shouldn't. Don't make the customer pay for your poor attitude.

Dr. Adams is a g. Real great guy. Such a nice person. Love conversations with him during my visits.
