While on a unplanned road trip to Massachusetts, we happened across the Visology kiosk in Franklin. Now, mind you, I'm the Elton John of magnifiers, so I'm really not ever looking for prescriptions (even tho until I met your Staff Member Lisa, I didn't realize they were hurting me more than they were helping me!) So, coming across Lisa that day and her friendliness and her obvious concern for an out-of-towner's eyesight, really set me straight and I made an appointment to get a new prescription! Now I'm ready to plan my next road trip to Franklin!! Also, in chatting with Lisa......we discovered our shared love of Outlander! And in my mind, that's never a wasted day on a road trip! Stopped by this optical shop on a whim while grocery shopping, and was so pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and attentiveness i received from the optician. Dina was down to earth, honest, and an expert in her field, which was obvious from the ghetgo. If you want to save yourself a second trip to your local opticians office after getting groceries, i would highly recommend stopping by the visology kiosk at S&S!
