I have always had a good experience at this location. But this year Im only wearing glasses. When I needed a pair of trial contact I was denied because I have not purchased contacts this year with them. I did my eye exam for both glasses and contact so I do not understand why I would not be able to receive a trial contact. I have been coming to same location for over 10yrs. And because I did not do an ORDER for the 1month supply or 3 month supply is ridiculous. First I was told me they did not have it then that they could not give me a trial pair because I haven't order with them this year, then it was it's because it has to be special ordered, which one is then??? I'm conclusion, dening a 10yr plus customer a trial contact because I didn't t do an order this year does not seem fair to me.

They really do an excellent job here and have a great selection of frames. I also like that you can try the frames on your own. Also they are definitely on the pricey side but they don't charge extra for things like high index or anti glare. I think they are worth it.

After being sent by my sister to to the shop, I have bought two pair of glasses at Eye Look. This is an excellent eyewear shop. They carry high-quality brands that offer a great sense of style. The owners are incredibly helpful and have a real talent for finding lenses that perfectly suit your face and personal aesthetic. The service is outstanding. If you're looking for personalized attention and a shop that provides top-quality products, this is the place to go.

I can't say enough good things about this optical shop. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and welcomed by the owner, Paul. He provided exemplary customer experience - I had purchased a pair of Chrome Heart frames elsewhere and they weren't properly fitted to my face, causing pain and discomfort. Paul measured me and fixed the balance on the frames within 20 minutes! He explained what he did and I was blown away - they felt like a completely new frame and so much more comfortable! If I hadn't just purchased these, I would've been tempted to buy another pair just off the customer service alone. The selection is outstanding (Chanel, Cartier, etc.) and the location can't be beat. If you're in the area - drop by this shop - you won't be disappointed!

This is a local gem with a selection of eye wear and, more importantly, customer service that are both unparalleled. Over the years, I've bought 6 pairs of glasses from Eye Look, and I am happy with every purchase. Most recently, I was having a difficult time with my first pair of progressives. Paul listened intently and spent quite a lot of time troubleshooting the issue. I am happy to report that the issue is completely resolved. I not only get a great product from this store, but I get a chance to interact with people who are experts at their trade and who genuinely enjoy their customers. This is the best of what a small businesses offers! Metrowest Boston is lucky to have Eye Look Optical in our neighborhood.
