My teen son and I walked in on a Saturday just to browse frames, the store is a small space but lovely. The staff were warm and welcoming. We left with orders for three pairs of glasses. Prices are competitive, great selection. Using insurance means glasses take a week plus. Appreciate that the frames are not gendered and are just available by vendor name. This is a very welcoming step!

Noah is extremely knowledgeable, and takes great care to make sure you get exactly the right pair of glasses, and that they are adjusted and fit perfectly. He knows way more about lens technology than the people at the big chain optical stores, and he always carries a selection of great looking frames. Highly recommended!

I used to have a hard time finding eyeglass frames that I felt flattered my face until I found Gordon Optical. Within minutes, despite a smaller selection than some stores, Noah found an excellent pair; that is, one that both my husband and I liked. That's a reason for me to return to Gordon Optical for my third pair of glasses this fall, but the best reason to recommend an optical store to others is Noah's calm competence with the process and the paperwork, including some complicated insurance hoops he had to get through for me. They are Always professional, thorough friendly and honest. Noah is- wonderful. We have been going there for years and now my daighter takes her famiky. They also have a great selection of frames. When i had trouble seeing my computer with glasses, they worked with me until i got the right fit.

And whenever I've had something break, he goes up and above to fix it. Saved me yet again this morning. We wouldn't shop anywhere else.
