I recently had a follow up appointment with Dr Thomas while Dr McCoy was away. He was very accessible and non-rushed. He finished the work that the technical staff had performed before my session with him. I felt that I was in very good hands with him, as I also feel with Dr McCoy. I have already booked my next appointment. The Lexington office is not as close to my home as the Westford office, but the staff, both the reception and the technical, were very professional and helpful. I am very happy for Lexington Eye Associates as a practice and have recommended them to friends and colleagues. My wife feels the same. Keep up the good work.

Too complicated. Using my own phone with own email address. Should not have so many steps for verification Dr. Umlus is tremendously caring and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my recent visit specially for the promptness this time.

Every eye exam or check up withDr. Liao is always thorough. She takes the time to clearly explain what the testing/imaging shows, and whether there have been any changes since the last visit. She follows up about diet, recommended supplements, drops, etc. You never feel rsuhed. She is a gift.

I have been seeing Dr. Umlas for many years. He is super nice, very easy to talk to, and an excellent eye dr. I had one cataract surgery with him and all went fine. I still need to do the other eye eventually, but he said it is fine to wait as it is not urgent in my case.

Dr. James Umlus has been my ophthalmologist for 30 years. His knowledge and experience are excellent. He is always up to date with any concerns I have with my eyes. He communicates very well.

On the day of my visit to Lexington Eye Associates, the office was backed up, my appointment with Dr. Thomas was running about 30 minutes behind. The staff was apologetic and quick to keep me apprised of how many patients preceded me, and how long the wait might be. When I was called for various tests and examinations, staff was professional, efficient, but caring and I appreciated that. More importantly when I expressed an interest or asked questions about the procedure(s), the technicians were amazingly patient, including Dr. Thomas -- unhurried but efficient, explaining what the results meant and expectations as my eyes age. I've already scheduled my annual for next year and I expect the same professional, efficient, and attentive service.

We have been seeing Dr Umlas for over 15 years and really appreciate his sincere caring and thorough attention to all details. He is a very knowledgeable, professional and personal doctor.

I needed urgent care & Dr Umlas was very kind to see me on Sunday going above & beyond. I am very lucky to have him & would highly refer to friends / family .
