The receptionist is extremely RUDE! Be prepared ... When you ask to speak to an office manager ... She will want to know who she is speaking with and will continue to scream at you from the top of her lungs!! She put me on hold then proceed to hang up on me. She did it to my sister and now me. Fire this dragon!
Ps. I had to double check if this was a legitimately medical business ... Because it sounded like a trap house! If you don't like your job ... LEAVE!

I wish I had gotten the name of the receptionist at the Bartlett Street office...she has short blonde hair. She went out of her way to get me a sooner appointment at a convenient time when someone at the Chelmsford office had mistakenly told me my appointment wasn't canceled when it actually was. I had to finagle my way to get out of work early and literally ran to my appointment just to have it be canceled. She could tell I was frustrated but was very sympathetic. She made the frustrating experience much better. I will try to get her name
