I would like to file a complaint regarding my most recent appointment at the eye clinic. My scheduled appointment was at 10:30 AM, but I was not seen until 12:30 PM, which means I waited for almost two full hours.
I understand that clinics can get busy at times, but such a long delay without any prior notice or explanation from the staff is completely unacceptable.
I would also like to make it clear that the doctor himself is very respectful, professional, and excellent. I have no issue with him personally. The problem lies solely in the appointment scheduling and time management.
I kindly ask that this matter be reviewed and that efforts be made to improve appointment timeliness in the future, as long waiting times create significant inconvenience for patients.
