Dr. Lu is awesome and I've known her since before she started her own practice and followed her here as a patient. My family are all clients there as well. As someone who has a very bad eyesight I tend to need better lenses or contacts and Dr. Lu's recommendations have been perfect. She really takes into account my own preferences and works hard to provide excellent service. Additionally I've worn contacts for many years and she has some of the most competitive rates and prices for contacts that are on par with the major national distribution companies.

Dr. Lu is the best! She is very patient with both me and my husband in answering all our questions. She can manage the personalized design to give a better prescription that can solve discomfort from my old glasses. She is also very careful and experienced in frame selection and adjustment. She spent hours in getting the perfect fit of frame on my face. Although I have not received and tried the new pair of glasses, I am sure that I will soon get the right thing under her care! I highly recommend her to my family and my friends.

Dr. Lu is very kind and professional. I got both my contacts and glass prescriptions with her and would recommend visiting this place to anyone! She takes time and never rushes to give your contacts prescription (which is the way to go when first fitting for the lenses). She is always proactive and calls/sends emails to remind you of the appointment and to follow up after your visit. The pricing is also great!

I visited Dr. Lu this morning and everything was awesome! I am so glad that I made the right decision for my eyes by going to Eminent Eye Care, even though it's almost an hour drive from home!! She was very attentive, helpful, flexible, attention to details, clear explanation, and professional!! She recommended many things and helped me choosing my first pair of glasses! I had the best experience I have had in some time getting my eyes checked here. The doctor is so kind and took the extra time to learn about the issues I was having with my contacts. Made sure I wasn't going to experience the same discomfort I was prior. She educated me on what my insurance can provide, and even advised me not to spend on things I didn't have to. 100% would recommend.

I am a new patient to the practice and had a great experience. Dr. Lu was very thorough and explained everything what she did. Even though I have good eyes and never wore glasses, Dr. Lu spent a lot of time to examine everything in details. She is very knowledgeable and personal. I am going to bring my mom there too. Very nice to work with this eye doctor, she always gives recommendations and tips on how to better wear contact lenses and glasses. If I have a problem (like dry eye) she takes the time to ask questions and assess a possible cause of what's happening. Then she recommends (for example) to wear glasses more often in the evening to not over wear the contacts. For years I had worn one brand of lenses, they occasionally gave me discomfort but I took that as normal, the first time I visited her office she recommended another brand and it was a night and day difference. She takes her time with her patients, and the results are better than the chain brand eye doctors that pop up everywhere.

We had the BEST experience doing a regular eye exam, contacts and glasses prescription. Dr. Lu is a very nice professional, she did the eye tests with attention to details and clear explanation. She also gave honest and professional advises, had my health and benefit as her priority.
