My second day here. First day, they did not have my insurance from before and I had to reschedule. I accept part of blame since I only brought my eye care insurance. Second time, they let me know but still waiting after 30 minutes. They are always busy. Expect to wait. Yet, the doctor is amazing and explains things very well. I always leave knowing what I need to do next. I think they just need more staff to handle the busy traffic.
We've been patients for the past 3 years or so, when we first went, my husband's prescription was off, we only foung out after his glasses were made at Costco, when he went to Costco to ask about it, it turned out the whole prescription was way off from what he needed. We were like okay, it happens.
We kept being patients and went last on Oct 16th 2024, we both got a pair at the store and paid what is a significant amount more than anywhere else, as we know how inexpensive glasses can be somewhere else (Costco, online, etc), we didn't want to risk it.
Fast forward to July 4th 2025, my glasses fell off my face, they broke INSIDE the frame (think about where the screw is, and then keep moving to the piece that is supposed to go inside the hinges), when I called to ask about it, I was told flat out that my frame had to warranty, I was like... Okay, but it hasn't even been a year and they broke INSIDE the frame, there's no way that's a wear and tear issue and that piece is not even exposed, they told me to come in when I could.
I came in weeks later, on Saturday July 26th, the lady who was trying to help me told me that I had no warranty (again) but that she was going to ask the doctor, I kept waiting and then she came in saying they were going to contact the manufacturer and will let me know, I asked if I should leave the frame and this lady in the counter literally responded from like 2 meters away "nuh uh" so the lady talking to me, naturally said no.
It has been 2 weeks and no one has contacted me to say absolutely nothing. In these 2 weeks I went to another doctor's office to see what can be done, and it turns out that my prescription (the one I got from InVision) is significantly stronger than what I need, so when she showed me what my prescription id supposed to be, I could see significantly clearer.
All this to say, this was a massive disappointment, we have spent good money in this business that we could've save, but I wanted to support the small businesses in my own community, which I'll absolutely be more wary of from now on
Unfortunately, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS, go literally anywhere else or use a website, I have had more assistance from them when I've needed it.
Best eye doc in town. Our family has been with Dr. Bui for years. Expertise and patient manner top notch. Great with young kids and teens as well!

Negative stars if i could. I placed my order more than a month ago and they said it will be ready in 2-3 weeks. Refused to give me copy of the order and only gave a credit card slip. Waited 3.5 weeks- radio silence. After i started calling them myself to follow up they said its not done yet and the only thing be could tell me is that- "the status says processing". On my 4th call around week 5 i got some crap about "it needs to come from your insurance". No further clarification on what 'it' is, thats all they could say, its processing. I called my insurance and after a lengthy digging in here's what they found out-- this place never sent it to my insurance affiliated lab, whatever update my insurance could access showed the glasses were already shipped to them 7th day from the date i placed the order. Insurance tried to get in touch with them since they couldn't access the tracking number and they never responded. Insurance said if they didn't receive the glasses they should have contacted the insurance and they have no record of that either. So my glasses have been sitting there for weeks and even though i started following up way after the said shipping date they continue to say "we don't know, it's processing, that's all i can say". They sold me add-ons and took my money but have zero accountability. When i directly asked for a refund on the previous call they didn't want to process that either and just told me I needed to wait (it was already 1 month). Horrible communication skills, negative patient experience, no respect for customers plight. I haven't been able to take my driving test because of this place and now my insurance is trying to get me a refund. Don't waste your time, the recent negative experience reviews are CORRECT. I made a mistake going by the old reviews!
Terrible experience!
They never answer the phone. The glasses I got here are the worst I've ever had--uncomfortable and bothering me every single day. They don't even offer the basics like anti-reflective lenses, and they never informed me or even asked about it. Absolute waste of time and money. Extremely frustrating!
Stay away from this place!
The worst customer service I've never experienced in my entire life; trying ONLY to fix my Special Needs son's glasses BROKEN FRAMES (he's is legally blind) we were asked to provide his doctor's prescription eve though they had it in the system for a years and it's the same exact one, not only that I had to pay $40 for a new frame while my son's insurance provides him new glasses every 6 months.
On 06/24 These people at the front desk made my daughter and my son go through the worst nightmares ever, maltreatment, bad attitude :
I went with my little brother after school, walking in the exhausting heat to try and fix his glasses. When we arrived, the girl at the front desk attempted to help us as much as she could. The temple was detached from the frame, and it seemed like a simple thing to fix. However, as soon as the woman at the front desk grabbed his glasses, another lady who was sitting at a desk separated from everything else jumped up and came over to tell me that they couldn't help.
I explained that my mother and brother got the glasses from here, and my mom was away. I just needed his glasses fixed because he requires them for everyday use. However, she said it didn't matter and that now his insurance doesn't cover multiple frames. I reiterated that I didn't want new frames; I just wanted these fixed. She put them down and said she couldn't help us and that I should go see his ophthalmologist, which doesn't even make sense because he had just gotten an eye exam.
She was overall very disrespectful and dismissive. She didn't even attempt to help us in any way, and my brother with Down syndrome had to go without vision for a while.
I recommend here.
I will be a new patient so I called. The guy on the phone was really patient and professional. The doctor was so gentle and all the procedures were so smooth. The lady to find my glasses together - was also professional, she knew exactly what my taste is. She was also very clear on listing all the available choices with my insurance and came up with respective prices super fast.
I think what I like there the most are...
1) Paperless registration - All done on an ipad. So smooth.
2) Services and people there. Very professional.
