I consider myself an extremely lucky person to just by chance see & stop into his modest tucked away spot in Millbury .(that was many ..many years ago) Both he + his staff have been fantastic...very relaxed,comfortable atmosphere ...always pleasant & very knowledgable... + gives you personal attention ...no disappearing for another customer, telephone call etc ;even coming over +asking me if he can help me personally to choose the frames that do look best for my features when I am having trouble picking my frames out .He has exchanged glasses that I decide are not right for me even after I have purchased + worn them . The selection of glasses are Great & Prices are not a "shock"... Always been 100% all around A+ ...+ I have always walked out ...calm..+ VERY SATISFIED.... JAYME ARMSTRONG

We visited Atchue Opticians to obtain glasses for our daughter who is legally blind and requires a difficult and advanced prescription. The staff at Atchue is very knowledgeable and professional. Charlie was great with our daughter and made her feel comfortable and involved in the selection of her frames and lens options. The after sale customer service is second to none and it is always a pleasure to visit. It is so refreshing to see a small family business providing the individual customer service that seems to have been lost across our country as more and more big box stores squeeze out what built our country and made it great! I would highly recommend Atchue Opticians and will continue to visit anytime my family is in need of glasses or contacts!

Purchased nice designer glasses that took a while to pick out with the assistance from a nice woman who works there. She never tried selling me the most expensive pair, only the ones that I was happy with. Selection is impressive, good prices from low to high. Wore them for two or so months then had a problem with the lenses. Took them back to see what I can do about them and to my surprise, Mr Achue took one look at them and ordered new lenses. I just picked them up, they are better than new. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH about the great service. A++. Definitely a customer for years to come. BONUS: To top it off they cleaned my beater back up glasses ,tightened them,and threw in a bottle of cleaner and placed my old glasses in a case. No $$ charge.. Awesome people.. Stop in and see for yourself some time. I bet you won't regret it......

I have been a loyal customer of Atchue Optition for as long as I have had to wear glasses. Many years !!! Do not listen to bad reviews about Charles and his fantastic staff. Charles stands behind his work and I guarantee you will not get better service anywhere else !!!!

My family and I have been going here for at least 10 years and we all have progressive lenses. In that time they have never once incorrectly measured for the progressives (other places I've had to keep bringing glasses back when they get the measurements wrong). The staff is always incredibly friendly and ready to help you get the best glasses for the best prices. Highly reccomend them!

My family and I have been doing business with Atchue Opticians for over a decade. We purchase all our eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and prescription sports goggles there. The service is fantastic. We have never had any issues with our items being ready on time.
