Patience, professionalism, helpful and knowledgeable. I arrived with my 3 kids. My youngest is in the spectrum and has trouble with behaviors, the staff was exceptional with attending to my needs at all times and being helpful with oldest trying other glasses and my daughter with measurements and fixing her current pair.
I appreciate the whole staff that was present from the doctor to the sales person. Thank you thank you!

Even 1 star is too much. They turned me away claiming they're implementing a 10 min late policy, which I was not aware of, nor was notified of it. They claimed that I was messaged about the policy. Not only I didnt get any messages, the email reminder sent a day earlier did not mention anything about 10 min late policy. They tried to reschedule, but I left. The time was 11 minutes past the appointment start time when I walked out the door.

Booked appointment online, was greeted as soon as I walked in, and promptly had my exam. Was able to pick out new frames after seeing the doctor, and they ship directly to my house, saving me another trip. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and Ken was very patient while I tried on many pairs! Definitely will be back next year!

I made my appointment online, which was quick and efficient. I received a text with the forms I needed to fill out prior to my arrival. I received a reminder text about my appointment, giving me the option to reschedule or cancel if needed. I had a great experience both with my eye exam and selecting glasses afterwards. My sales associate was excellent at helping me select frames that fit my face well in my Budget. She was able to provide me with pricing for the lenses and the frames together in real time while I sat and waited. It was quick and efficient. I ended up selecting a pair of glasses after my eye exam and contact lens fitting within about an hour and a half. Most of that time was spent in the office with the doctor doing what I felt was quite a thorough exam and explaining what he was looking for during the process. Overall, I would highly recommend the Visionworks at Blackstone Valley. Staff was helpful and friendly. Dr on staff was knowledgeable and efficient and very helpful in understanding different types of eye disease Selection of frames in lenses was moderate to good with many options below $200. In fact, there were many frame options below $100. Great job, Visionworks!
