First class! I've never experienced an entire team of professionals that are so passionate and kind and supportive. I believe that it's choice of how you show up! Boston sight has mastered quality care; unconditional positive regard for every individual that walks through their doors! From the reception area , where every young lady that greets you is so full of energy! It can be challenging to show up this consistently every day in a place that has visitors from all over the world every day! The techs are knowledgeable, compassionate energetic and another group of Angels! Finance department is equally a pleasure to work with! Every Doctor is meticulously working with each client assuring the best optical outcome for each individual that walks through their doors! I really would love to relocate there for the quality eye care alone! Truly Heaven on earth ! I can't thank you all enough! You are all so Valuable! Sheros and Heroes! Everyone of you!

Had a terrible experience with Dr. Daniel C. Brocks. First off, his breath was awful--really unpleasant when he's that close to your face. On top of that, he was incredibly rude and condescending, especially toward my elderly parent. He clearly had no patience and rushed through the appointment like he couldn't be bothered. His attitude was dismissive, and the whole interaction felt uncomfortable. Something about him just felt off--gave me a really creepy vibe. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I was accepted as a patient to this facility after a medical review. It was quite a drive from where I reside. My initial experience at check-in with the administrative staff was amazing. The discussion with the med-admin regarding my health history was pleasant. A few photos were taken of my eyes by two staff members who did not seem to care for my humor. All good. I was escorted back to the exam room where we started, I met with two doctors who were pleasant and answered all my questions. Here is where things go south. for a few minutes with no contacts in my eyes, sitting and waiting. I was told someone from finance will be in shortly. Apparently, they had gone home for the day. A staff member came in and told me they would contact me by phone to put my contacts in and walked away. Leaving me to find my way to the exit, the lights were off, and it seemed the place was closed for the night. Even Motel 6 leaves the light on for you. I feel this is a facility that is profit driven and care for the rich, not for working class poor like myself. Needless to say, as of today, no one has contacted me. I don't think I will be returning any time soon.

One of my friend recommended me to the office. I was told the tryout for dry eye treatment is free and 90% cost of the equipment will be covered by my insurance. I went to the office and tried the equipment. I didn't feel better than my contact lenses. The ophthalmologist asked me to try again but I still didn't feel right. I was charged for several hundreds dollars without insurance coverage. I really don't like the way they did and I'll never recommend it.

Great experience. The staff was very helpful pleasant and fun to work with. Front desk staff are also great to work with and fun. Everyone is very professional. Dr Brock's was the first Dr I saw on my initial consult, very experienced and knowledgeable. I also had Dr kwok and Dr. Patel look at me , they were also very nice and seem to have lots of experience. The scheduling was perfectly done and the systematic approach they have for the fitting of the prose Lens is top notch. I can't say enough about my main prose fitter Dr Riccobono, she was a perfect match for me. She's beyond a pleasure to deal with day to day and each and every visit I had. She is Very compassionate, knowledgeable, experienced, intelligent, fun to work with, and listened and responded to any and all concerns I had. She was not rushed and was very patient and spent time looking at everything. I feel that I am difficult to fit and she was able to get the job done. I look forward to all my follow up visits moving forward and fingers crossed I'm on the right path now. I highly recommend you make this move.

Phenomenal team of staff. I've being going here for almost 5 years after my eye doctor said that they can't do anything for me because of my disease. I wore contact lenses and was able to see after Boston sight helped me. Also, I've mess up a day that I was suppose to be seen and they were full with patients. However, they were still able to see me.

I didn't like how doctor Alan Kwok provided the information to me. He was very vague in everything. I went in this place to get better contact lenses so I can see better, but I am seeing worse. I have gone in this place more than 5 times and nothing. Based on my experience these doctors look very unexperienced and they are just focusing to make some research and that's all. Also, even though I had 100 % financial assistance they still billed my insurance. How can you bill the insurance when I have been granted 100 % assistance by the clinic? Totally, a scam. Never coming again.

Literally changed my life in 4 days. I suffered with severe dry eye pain as a result of cancer treatment in my eye when I was a child. I am an anesthesia provider and I was on the verge of going on disability because of the pain that I had 24/7. After 4 days of customization, my scleral lens was ready and it has taken all of my pain away. All of the staff were extremely helpful, supportive, and kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Kellen Riccobono, OD was phenomenal from start to finish and I really just can't say enough about my experience with Boston Sight.
