I could not be more pleased with the experience at New England Retina Care.The entire staff , Lucia, Sharon, Cathy and Dr. Najafi were professional, warm, efficient and patient ,from the initial call to checking out. Every part of the exam and upcoming surgery was carefully explained and all questions answered. I did not feel rushed , I felt seen and heard. I was sent to New England Retina Care by my primary eye doctor because of her concern for a retinal issue. From the minute I walked in the door, I felt so at easy. Everyone was so friendly and calming. Dr. Makati was amazing. It took only a few tests for him to realize what happened to my retina. He explained very thoroughly what was going on with my eye and what he needed to do. He was able to perform the laser procedure right then. It was quick, and painless.
